Great store! The staff are friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection of products including cards, Christmas ornaments, chocolates, candy, Disney items, and gifts for all occasions. Very organized and well-stocked.

Very friendly staff and my go to place for gift ideas and last minute anything! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The gift card section is hard to beat. Honestly thought the cards would cost more than they did but were actually cheaper than my other local choices and better!

Great store! The employees are always so kind and helpful. Alex in particular was so friendly, on the phone and in the store, when I needed to return something but didn’t want to take it all the way to McKinney! Glad to know that I can expect such wonderful customer service at my local store. :)

Love it here, they have really great Snoopy items! Definitely check it out, usually for Peanuts and Snoopy products I like to go to Tokyo and sort of skip the offerings in the United States but this Hallmark location has some great stuff even for super picky shoppers like me! I'm super picky. A+

Very nicely organized store. Huge selection of cards and house decorations. There are also toys, school supplies, picture frames, disney statues/collections, candy, chocolates, candles and hundreds of gifts for all occasions. Donna is a great employee, answered all my questions and suggested items I might like. Will go back soon!

Big store, staff is friendly and helps me find the rare gems I sometimes look for, like "Happy Thanksgiving Boss" or whatever you needs are.
They even have a chocolate truffle case by the registers - a little pricey but very tasty.
Note to remember: Any coupons they send you in the mail from their location do NOT expire! Yes it has an expiration date but I was told in Dec. 2015 that they will still accept them after they expire!

The ladies in the store went above and beyond in helping me find a special gift. So patient. They have a great selection. I could spend hours just looking around in here. We also got the greatest Christmas ornaments from there this year to! I will be going back often

The manager Trent is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. His staff is very nice as well. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I've shopped here numerous times and never had a bad experience.
