Thank you for fixing my sons phone. It was ready in less than 30 minutes and for a great price!

Edit to 2 stars. Glitchy screen soon after and stopped being responsive and entire screen fell off less than 3 months later. I didn’t have the time to bring it back so was outside of the warranty window. Money wasted.

Apparently, there’s new owners, again.

Purchased 3 IPhones outright from this business location over the last 2 1/2 years and discovered the most recent iPhone was sold to me under a previous contract and money was still owed on it. I only discovered this when it was attempted to be unlocked. I asked what options I had, and the guy that “helped” me today took it in back room for a few minutes and returned to let me know that he could unlocked it..for $150. Or I could trade it in towards an unlocked iPhone for $250.
So, they clearly had the ability to unlock the phone that was sold to me there, and could’ve earned a good customer for the future. Instead, their choice will encourage me to find a different provider and take my money elsewhere. If I’m going to pay and have it unlocked, I certainly won’t give them my money, especially if they’re not going to honor previous business conducted there.

Bad business in my opinion. As the other (limited) reviews show, this business should probably be avoided.

So rude and unprofessional, the guy I dealt with has terrible listening skills. He tried to convince me to change my phone number, which I refused because most of my banking & emails use 2 factor with my phone number. I wouldn’t send a dog there, I’d rather take a 30 minute drive to the one by okeechobee & military instead of 10 minutes to this one.

Went with my mom who had bought her phone here. She went there and bought a used phone thinking it was new. Although her service was with boost they made her change her number. Two days after getting her used phone from Alex. She went to the hospital and now needed to move with me. They said their return policy is 7 days. We brought her phone back on the 7th day and the person ( Alex) said it didn't matter. He did not want to refund her. Mind you the policy is 7 days. He could clearly see she had just been discharged from the hospital and he was the rudest person. He only gave her half of her money back only after I took his name and Daniel Asady's name. I would never recommend this location or company after watching how rude he was with my mom and me. The actually deserve 0 stars. Worst company ever worst service ever. Alex refused to give his last name! After going to the bank to make sure he could not pull any more money from my mom's account, the banker said he has heard so many instances of this company giving this kind of service to people!
