Megan provided excellent service despite having multiple customers and being extremely busy. She is the epitome of what every company should look for when hiring associates, especially managers. I am not sure if she is already a manager but if not, I'd strongly recommend providing Megan her own store to manage. As long as I am with T Mobile, I will indubitably continue to utilize and visit Megan because of how GREAT she was/is.

Michelle was great. Four phone calls, went in another store totally disappointed. About fifteen minutes she had me out the door. Satisfied customer! Washington Road Augusta Ga.

F. His expertise, patience and presentations were outstanding.I left the store with great confidence and comfort in the decision to upgrade the way that I did. Any doubts were put to rest and I am happy to know that I can finally have peace of mind and the highest data security, flare and style as well as the best performance from my device. Adrian was awesome to work with! I had been driving home on a road trip when my phone stopped working... with no access to GPS or a way to call someone I had to find the closest TMobile. This was the best experience I had had with them. Got me set up on a new phone within minutes and right at closing. Was extremely friendly as well- which was nice after a stressful day.

Very nice and informative employees. Great place for senior citizens who know nothing about these cell phones. So much patience with everyone. They should get better pay without selling.

My phone is trash, straight trash. Genesis, Eli and the majority of the staff at some point have been supportive and problem solved. They did all they could to repair or replace my devices. I won't buy a Nord ever again but this t mobile location is appreciated.

The best ever! The Sprint Store@ 2701 Washington Road, Augusta Georgia was very good at everything we needed. Patient and understanding our needs for phone services. Explained the phone's we updated to. We will not need Another phone service to tell us what we can and cannot do.

Had a wonderful experience at this store! John was the biggest help and even greeted me and my family before we got to the store. He listened to our problems we had then made sure we had them solved and had all our phones working and phone plans at a reasonable price. Thank you John for the amazing experience!

Today my daughter and I went in for a screen repair and Latisha was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She walked us through the insurance process and got it done. Thanks to the whole team.

Just left the sprint store as a very happy customer! After having difficulties at the store at the mall, they referred us to the repair center. Walked in, sat about 5 minutes and was out in another 5! We have an LG G4 that had the notorious bootloop problem, and they are replacing the phone with the new LG G5.

These guys always hook us up. We are paying 1/3 of what we paid with Verizon, for more lines and unlimited data. Jeremy and Angel are who we've worked with personally, but every time we have been here, they have done eveeveryth in their power to make sure that we have great phonesp a great experience , and a VERY reasonable bill. Thank you!! I cannot possibly thank Jeremy enough for the help with my daughter's phone today. The sign on promotions are amazing, and as an aside, if you happen to play Pokémon Go, these guys play too, are a sponsored locationl and the gym at this store is where I got the EX raid pass and caught my 98% MEWTWO!!!

Chris (Washington Road in Augusta, Georgia) handled our problem expeditiously, after dealing with 5 other T-Mobile employees around town that referred me to Customer Care.

The man That Work there Name Ronnie helped me and my husband out after being turned around with no help from other people at other places. We were so blessed to speak with this man !!

I have been in there several times. I tend to be slow making up my mind. They are always patient (with exception of Gabriel), and very helpful.

No matter who helps me, I always have a great experience! This is a busy store and they handle it very well!
