Great service! I went to this location because it being in the same plaza as home good and Marshall's. The associates were so willing to help eventhough it was 10 minutes before closing. I knew what I wanted and with the help of an associate I was able to find it and left right before they closed. There were still quite a few customers there and the staff was still helping them while not making them feel rushed.

Halloween 🎃 is out!!!! Love the selection!!! A bit pricey, but well worth it, if Halloween is your favorite holiday!

Semi annual sale is no joke! Amazing deals..They employees there are very helpful without being pushy and it looks and smells amazing. You can spend at least a half hour looking for something and find even more...I love this store!😍

I have always loved Bath and Body Works products, so this review is just for the Avon Location. They went above and beyond for me yesterday. I placed an online order for pickup and had a free item (with coupon) returned and taken off my order and was emailed ahead of pickup. I asked about it when I arrived and Brittany confirmed that it was because they were out of stock, but took time to reassure and explain that my free reward coupon would be returned to me. I was totally satisfied by that but another colleague, Amanda, was listening in and went ahead and had located the item in the new shipment! They really made my day by taking such good care of me. I felt really valued and just happy to be around kind and happy people. Thank you Brittany and Amanda!

Really enjoy this bbw location! The blonde manager always makes a point to stop and greet you and let you know the sales for the day. Sometimes I find that stuff annoying, when they stop you on your way in to make a quick trip but in all honestly that really shows that she is doing her job and doing it well! They usually have a great stock of the new items too!

Love the candles, the hand soap, and the great way they take care of their customers. I had a candle shipped that the container was broken. Glass that is. And there were no issues whatsoever about getting it replaced.

Great products, although a bit pricey without coupons. Very helpful staff. Around the holidays it's easy to overspend as they have some unique gifts. Once you use them, you're hooked...you don't want to be without them. What I find frustrating however, is you'll find some fragrance of soap or hand wash, really like it and use it, only to go back and find that was discontinued and a whole new set of smells to deal with. C'mon BBW....

Nice location. For being a smaller storefront it still felt like all the merchandise was available. Watermelon lemonade is my favorite candle and they work so well. Long lasting fragrance too. I love the way I smell when I leave. Staff was very friendly as well.

So many great scents to choose from. There is something for everyone. Their 3 wick candles smell wonderful and they also sell cute, decorative holders for them. They have good sales and I like the mailer that I receive with several coupons. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love the lotions , the sprays , the oils & a recent discovery is the Mens collection & The Rose collection . The rose Eu de parfum is heavenly , not too heavy , just a hint of rose & holds the smell a long time 🌹

I'm a B&BW junkie, and I hate being bothered while shopping, so I will ignore the associates at this location for the review because I avoid them in the store 😂 (I get that it's their job, and I am polite when I tell them not to bother me.). This location always has a good selection of what I'm looking for and doesn't seem to run low on stock.

Stopped in to purchase some things since there was a 20%coupon. I like that you can use coupons on sale items. The women working today at 2pm was awesome! She was very nice, didn't pressure, and was fast at checkout. I'll make it a point to stop at this location. The store was very organized and clean.

I don't like the political virtue signals, but the staff is great and they give me no issues using my rewards
