I'm happy with my experience here. The staff member Carly B was very polite and everything went smoothly.

The smoothies are so good I wish they came in bigger sizes. We tried breakfast this week and the price was reasonable. We like the lunch menu better.

My granddaughter loves Tropical Smoothie! She hasn't had a smoothie she didn't love! Her favorite sandwich is chicken bacon ranch flatbread with a bag of jalapeno chips! Staff is friendly! Our order has always been ready fast and accurate!

Drive-thru is unbelievably slow, but the smoothies are always delicious.

Me and my fiancé were here for lunch and amazed. Asia gave a lot of help to the other employees. Directing people when they asked questions. She was calm and polite while doing orders herself. Her work ethic is amazing!

I always get excited when I walk in and see Katlyn She makes the best smoothies. Taste perfect! . And she always have great customer service with an awesome attitude.

came in with a group of friends - every single employee was so nice and so patient with our ordering. not to mention the food was great :) i wish i lived closer so i could come by again soon!

I've been trying a new smoothie almost every time and have loved almost all of them! Great flavor and large serving. The wraps and sandwiches and quesadillas are also VERY good. My 3 year old will also drink a whole smoothie and says they a super yummy. Inside is quite loud because of the music and the blenders, they do get periodic rushes but most of the time I'm in there alone. They have a drive thru but I havent used it. Prices seem good, 5.39 or 5.99 ( classic or super charged) for large smoothie. Kids menu is VERY limited though and would like more choices for them. The workers have been very nice so far and they all seem to stay busy.

Quality of food and drinks are still great! I think prices might have increased a little. Inside is always clean, still loud and periodic busy bursts. The drive thru is not a fast visit, I don't consider this a fast food place( if you only order drinks though it is alot faster) still a great place to stop

Wow the smoothies are so much bigger than I expected. Big enough for the two of us to share. And you get a free smoothie for joining the rewards program after your first visit. The inside is very clean and very updated. I’m looking forward to going back again soon.

I love this place. It is a good way to grab a healthy snack and go. It also gives me a variety of options to choose from and different flavors to try. I am allergic to strawberries so they help me substitute something else and make suggestions to try.

We got the Tropical island Detox- it was excellent, and huge! Must have been 20 or 22? Ounces at least- spectacular!

Shout out to the Battle Creek location because the staff is so friendly there! There are a couple girls I see in the mornings at the drive thru that make the experience worth going. Don’t know names but one particular gal has brown hair with great customer service skills. They know how make a to die for Pomegranate Plunge and my favorite Turkey Bacon Ranch. Very clean as well. Thank you for quenching my smoothie addiction!

I’m so thankful to see Katlyn when I walk in the door. She ALWAYS makes my smoothie the way I like it. Her customer service is also phenomenal!!

The customer service here is "to die for"!!!!🕺💃🕺💃🤘🤘🥰 The food, the smoothies... TOTALLY WORTH IT!!🤘🤘🤘😁don't know what you want???... ask them to surprise you, I haven't been disappointed yet!!🥰🥰🥰

I was leary at first but that quickly faded; aspecially after trying their food! I adamantly urge you to give them a try. Hopefully you'll have underestimated Tropical Smoothie Cafe the same way I have!

The food and smoothies are amazing. What is so great is you can add or subtract things to make your smoothie your own.

Every single time I see Tropical Smoothie on DoorDash I order!!! There is only one time they forgot to add my parm crisps to my salad but every single time I am so IMPRESSED . BEST SALADS AND FLAT BREADS AROUND!!!!!

The smoothies, what the store is known for, are very well made, taste amazing, and are healthy for you! The store gives you all natural fruits and vegetables for the smoothies and serves up their smoothies with a smile! The food is also quite good as well, all around a very nice place!
