The place is extremely HOT, as the AC is not working inside and the poor employees are baking inside, forget the customers… I was told this has been an issue for some time…. it feels like 110 degrees inside and it’s definitely not a good work environment or a place I’d want to sit and eat or have my smoothie.

I’ll update my review rating to 5 stars when the AC is fixed. I actually really like this place and come here often for my smoothies. I hope its fixed sooner than later for the sake of the employees as I cant imagine having to spend time inside there right now for any prolonged period of time.

Bought the chia banana boost smoothie, chicken pesto flatbread, chipotle chicken flatbread, and cheese and chicken quesadilla. All tasted great. Service was quick. Staff was friendly.

Love the avocolada smoothie and how friendly the staff is - they were great at accommodating a tree nut allergy for my boyfriend.

I went around 2pm 🌄 my card was locked 🔒 and the girl at the register was super chill, about it gave me time ⏲ super nice , I didn't even know what I wanted she basically invented a smoothie for me that tasted exactly like what I visioned by asking 4 simple questions, I wish I got her name she was the most professional and sweetest person ever to add to that the smoothie was so good 👍 the service was 10/10 Definitely will refer friends! Such a awesome encounter ❤

Food tastes amazing here, kids love the options and the smoothies. I love the absence of fried food and an unlimited soda machine, all promoting better/healthier options.

I would just like to say the staff at this location are absolute troopers! The AC at this location has been broken for over a week now and tonight when my boyfriend and I came in the temperature was 95 degrees! The owner, Richard, of this location should be ashamed of himself for not getting this fixed immediately and leaving his staff to sweat like we did! Sweating within 5 mins of standing there! ROUND OF APPLAUSE to the staff for keeping a smile on their faces amongst these terrible working conditions! And for Richard: 👎🏼

I always find it tough to maintain a healthier lifestyle due to how intricate the process is. Most of us spend more time trying to figure out how to feel about such a delicate eating habit. But screw that...I want bacon and chicken with my healthy eating habits!
I specifically went on a GPS hunt for something I could eat. (OH yea, I had two teeth removed 2 days prior)
I knew I needed something worthwhile to my body.
I saw the Menus out there and it was entirely too much experimentation needed. I want to enjoy this somehow. Then Enter T.S.C. Brenda made sure to greet my lunch date and I and remained available to answer the many questions I had. The food was perfect for my expectations of how to eat. I actually couldn't decide on one meal, but I chose the Chipotle chicken on Flatbread with a Kale apple salad, and a Super Sunrise Sunset Smoothie. Today was one of the best lunches I've ever had and I appreciated the unsolicited opinion from the waiting customer. Seriously, I welcome opinions happily. It showed big time that the quality of all their ingredients makes a difference. Even on the healthy level. I will be going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe again...Weekly at least. But ideally, I feel that supporting Brenda and the rest of her team will bring about a healthier and more balanced YOU. He'll, I've been repeating to myself how good that meal actually was. Your body will Love It no doubt.

In my opinion...these are the BEST smoothies in town. The flavors, consistency and add in options are all fantastic. The staff here is always friendly and they will substitute items for calorie or diet concerns. I don't often order food here (its a bit pricey for what you get) but it's always been very tasty too.

Accommodating customer service. Offers a variety of smoothies, sandwiches, Flatbreads, wraps, and bowls. Breakfast is available now too. Chilly inside, so we enjoyed the sunset at an outside table. While we were having our smoothies, someone brought the food outside to us when it was ready.

Love all if the staff at Tropical Smoothie. They are young people and it is refreshing to see their work ethic. The food is always fresh and the smoothies always taste great! It is bomb that you are able to order from the app so you don't have to wait in line.

I never eaten here before. I was looking for something filling but not heavy. This absolutely hit the spot. Very clean, everyone is polite and the food came fast. Brenda walked me thru the menu. The Chicken Parm is excellent. I will return when I'm back in Town.

I like the Detox smoothie because it is sugar-free!! Thank you Tropical Smoothie for giving me an option!!

The manager is great, every member of their staff are very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are great, I love the peanut butter crunch flatbread and the paradise point smoothie!! I plan to try almost everything on their menu. You guys are great, glad it was decided to build one in Apopka! Thank you!!

I've always loved how fast they attend to customers when we enter and they are really quick to get the food and smoothies out to me. The food is delicious and filling and it is one of my favorite places to go! Kids love it, too!

The smoothies are great tasting, good size, and several options to customize. They also have an easy to use ordering app. The staff are always pleasant and smiling.
