Had an amazing full-face makeup tutorial today with William. He showed me how to do a lot with relatively few products and brushes, with an emphasis on blending and achieving a very natural look. I went in just hoping for an improvement in my undereye area, and got so much more! He listened, took time to explain what he was doing and why, and didn't push me to buy what he used...although the finished look was so great, I ended up buying a lot. Highly recommend booking an appointment with William! The other staff I interacted with at Sephora were great, as well.

WILLIAM is absolutely amazing! He’s so fabulous inside and an out. He makes sure that you’ve been taken care of from the moment you come in to the moment you leave. I adore him so much. Keep up the good work William

Could not possibly recommend her highly enough! I’m very new to this world, but she was so patient and very clearly experienced in her field. My skin is glowing, and I’m feeling a genuine boost of confidence. Much needed!

After a very negative experience with a manager at Ulta (Tysons corner) I switched to Sephora. Love this store and it’s employees. Helpful, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

what a great addition to One Loudoun! so glad this is here, the staff is so nice when entering and has helped me on every visit, I cannot remember her name, but she suggested amazing perfumes for myself and a friend last week.
