This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to! They have great fast service every single time. I’ve never been disappointed or treated unwell here; I have always felt welcome.

Nice place, good staff, usually empty and had parking spots available, you can enjoy your coffee in solace !!!

Made the Flat White correctly. This is a very nice Starbucks location. Always friendly service. Brian did a great job on 3/14/19 about 8pm making 2 Frappes and getting the two for one promotion working on his register because is wasn’t working on the Starbucks App.

I stopped here with my eight year old for a treat. I don't usually go to Starbucks and the staff there were amazing and helped me pick out a drink when I had no idea what I could get that was low sugar and no caffeine. The drink I got was perfect and my eaight year old loves the lemon loaf with milk. The atmosphere was great and it was a good rest in the middle of our busy day.

Great place to go to get work done. While I was working they came around with some vanilla latte samples that were really good.

The staff here is really nice and their service was quite fast. Will definitely come here again on the off chance that I am traveling though the area again.

Kind of a cozy little out of the way Starbucks. I was glad ordering ahead was available and the employees seemed real friendly and catering to customers needs.

My favorite Starbuck’s!! Super friendly morning staff, but more importantly, super efficient! I use the app to order ahead, and it’s always ready when I get there, and it is done just the way I like it too. Thank you!

I come here once a week and I absolutely love this location. The staff are very nice and they give me recommendations because my mom doesn’t like coffee. I come around noon on Saturdays which is extremely busy but I get the same service and friendliness each time! I would recommend coming to this location if you want your beverage and a nice conversation.

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit. I'm always able to find parking, the drinks are great, and they have a good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors.

the busiest ive ever seen a starbucks, the drive through line was extremely busy (14 cars deep) the inside was busy , there was 5-6 employees making multiple drinks and they KILLED it. the drive through system wasnt working either so everything appeared to be chaos at first but they are probably the hardest working crew ive ever seen. they were so calm and caring taking and making orders. when asked about an order that took a little longer than normal or appeared to be forgotten they didnt get mad or give attitude, they apologized and fixed whatever was needed right away.

Super friendly staff! By far some of the best customer service in the city. When you see a team working and laughing together, it must be a good place to work. Nice job! And thank you Ben for your kindness this morning by offering to help me with the menu even though you hadn’t started work yet. That’s true customer service. ♥

This afternoon Themis location was SLAMMED. There were about 20 cars in the drive through line and a bunch of people in-store as well. When my drink was ready, the barista was very friendly and still took the time to say they hope I enjoy my drinks and to have a nice day. So kind and courteous despite the insurmountable amount of stress they must have been dealing with.

I had the white hot chocolate and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich, both were delicious and the customer service was great!

Another local Starbucks has limited hours right now, so this location is handling a lot of coffee drinkers--and just in time for the holiday cup release! They were fast, polite, and really working hard today. I appreciate them so much. They are super stars.

There was a line for the drive thru but it was super fast. My order was hit and ready. The staff was very kind and personable. Great attitudes during a busy Saturday morning. Overall, this Starbucks is a genuine joy to go to no matter what time of day and their coffee and sandwiches are top notch

I was picking up coffees for my coworkers at our animal hospital, 6 drinks. I shouldn't have been the one because I guess I have the dropsies today. One of the drinks fell out of the carrier and there was bright pink drink splashed everywhere. I put the others in my car and was about to go back and reorder, when one of the baristas walked over, said she saw what happened and offered to make me another. I was amazed and shocked by the wonderful customer service. That dear person made my day like she'll never know.

This Starbucks needs to adjust the projections on ordering Carmel. They seem to always be out. They have to many drinks to have signs up to say they are out. Customer service is great as I went through the drive thru. I ended up just getting a regular coffee instead of my Carmel Burelee. (spelling?)
