Chelsea went out of her way to drive and get the part I needed for my phone on Memorial Day weekend. She ended up not needing it and still had a great attitude. My phone didn't seem to recognize the battery installed as charging at first, but after messing with the phone a bit it started recognizing the charge (was told not to mess with the phone while charging, but I thought what the hey, it was stuck at 3% for 6 hours). Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Went in without an appointment and was able to have my phone be repaired right away! I had an IPhone 7 with a cracked screen. The phone was fixed in a little over an hour! Cost was about $120 with the screen being on sale. Would highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by the work performed by Green Bay East personnel. They replaced the battery in my Droid Turbo 2 cell phone. They we're polite and professional. The Green Bay West ordered the replacement battery but didn't have the expertise to replace the battery. The two offices worked together to give me a good result. I am quite pleased.

We were in town for the spartan race with some friends. My wife Cracked her iPhone 7 plus screen a few weeks ago. We live about two hours away and we were on limited time. They said they could fix her phone in about an hour. During the time they were fixing it, another issue arose. They needed more time to fix her phone but we needed to get to the spartan race. They went above and out of their way to help us. They felt bad about the issue that arose and gave us a discount. Above that they drove my wife's phone fixed, all the way to Lambeau Field and met us there so we would not be late for the race.
