Wow! So much to say. I did think it was a good business model to not be able to even contact anyone before renting a unit. That keeps costs down. Here is the bad news. We rented a unit and there was SO MUCH dirt and debris that I had to clean out before moving anything in. I have never seen a dirtier unit. Then we called and called trying to figure out how to make December payment. Finally she called us threatening a late fee if we didn’t pay that day. Then things got worse. It rained and water leaked in from at least three different spots destroying tons of our belongings. We told her about it and she said that they thought they had it taken care of. We told her we would be moving and that we wanted December payment back. She said good luck with where ever you go next. We left it clean and still no deposit back. I am so glad we got out of there. Poor customer service. Poor quality unit. Damaged property.
