Crystal was absolutely amazing with her customer service and her devotion in helping me transfer carriers is the best I've experienced by far. Crystal was focused and dedicated to take care of me and my issues transferring over and I will continue to return to her for any of my future needs with Verizon! Could not recommend her services enough!

Samantha Beckner was absolutely amazing to work with! She managed a very complicated process of transferring my work number to a new personal account while also upgrading my phone. It ended up being a lot more involved than we expected but she stuck with me every step of the way and ensured everything was taken care of through completion. I highly recommend her!

Brandon is hands-down the most amazing sales rep. He makes everything easy and stress-free, and his friendly personality always puts a smile on your face! If you need help at Verizon, ask for Brandon! A solid 10/10 recommendation from me!

The service I received at Verizon was really like no other! Levi was super informative, explained things really well to someone who is not great with technology, and helped me find something that satisfied all my needs. Would highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience. Went in looking to switch over from T-mobile. Daniel got me taken care of quickly! Upon walking in I was greeted by Eliot the store manager.

Lots of places to sit down to process transactions. Very well organized and clean. I bought a new cell phone, case, and glass screen protector. Eliot was very professional. All of the sales reps wear button down shirts and ties. So nice to get help in person vs trying to buy online. Worth stopping by for sure!

I recently got my wife the new iPhone 15 Pro, and the experience couldn't have been better. Great deal from Verizon, this store is phenomenal and Sam F. was unbelievable. With regards to Sam, specifically, I wish there was a way to have more than 5 stars. He was hands down the best I've ever seen in retail/customer service, maybe in any field. He was amazingly fast, incredibly efficient (often flawlessly doing multiple things at once), super kind and helpful, and knew absolutely everything cold (I'm the type to ask a ton of questions).

If you're buying a phone, go to THIS Verizon store and ask for SAM F. You're welcome in advance!

Levi Primrose helped us with all our questions in a manner that 2 very untechie people could understand. He was respectful and engaging. He never talked down to us even though we have such basic knowledge of cell phones. Clearly, Levi knows his business, and working with the public is a definite strength. Ross & Suzy

Jackson was super helpful getting our two old iPhones upgraded to new iPhone 15 pros. He located new phones that were not in stock in store and made a special trip to get them for us from the other stores. His help with setting up the new phones and answering our questions was excellent. Fantastic service! Great job!!!

Thomas Emerson from the Briargate store has been so helpful in transitioning from another cell service to Verizon and setting me up with a new cell phone. His level of knowledge is extraordinary. He accomplished all that with a level of ease and professionalism that one doesn’t see often these days. I commend his service and recommend him to anyone interested in cell service, etc.
