Moving Supplies at U-Haul

I was put on the hook for months and told they could fix my truck hitch then was lied to that the part was not in but in fact was that they didn't have any1 that could do the work after each month that I waited I called the call center but this location has 0 communication with outside u-haul branches or services. After several months I showed up at location in person again and was able to reschedule a day for work to be done only to show up on the day n be told I can't that, of the 3 people I interacted with at this location only the general manager has a good attitude, the others were obnoxious, rude and wasted my time, I paid for the part n left with work I needed done months ago... go ahead uhaul respond to this
