Build-A-Bear Workshop

I love this place. I always love taking my kids here. The whole heart ceremony is absolutely adorable and my favorite part of coming here. Also, the kids or adults get to help stuff the bear! My daughter likes giving her build a bear a bath in the super cute bathtub. Outfits are a must! The girls working are so amazingly helpful!!

We stopped in friday night Because my daughter has never been there and she wanted a frog for her birthday. The two young ladies that were working are probably some of the nicest people today ever have met.. I really wish i could remember their names But they were wonderful.. The Store was very clean and we will definitely be going back.. Thank you for the great experience..

We always love to stop in at build a bear and get something fun! The workers are engaging and my son really enjoys the experience. We had an emergency stuffy accident and the manager went above and beyond to fix it for him!

Brought our twin toddlers there and they had a great time. The person who stuffed the animals was so friendly and really interacted with the kids great. Would highly recommend

I was in the store with my granddaughter to pick out a birthday bear. The customer service in there was incredible. It’s hard to find great personalities anymore but this place had two young ladies that went above and beyond their jobs! Thank you!

I meant to write this back in May, but I had a great experience here. I had been waiting to stuff my unstuffed lion. I was up in Green Bay for a trip and decided to do it there because they have the original store layout. (A much better vibe that way tbh. Cozier.) There was one girl working there and she was very friendly. She let me know about all the add ons, but did not get annoyed with me for not buying them. We had a nice chat and I walked away happier because of it. I had a much better time in Green Bay than I did building a bear in the Dells.

My husband loves this place. He loves T bears. Very helpful people.

I could not thank the wonderful ladies that work here enough. I didn't know about the new store hours and the girls happily helped me after arriving ten minutes to close. I was almost in tears. They made me happy and my son was over joyed. Excellent service and excellent product. We are definitely coming back!!!

Beary best place to bring you little one. My daughter's happy happy place. She loves going here for rewards. The workers are all so friendly and customer service oriented, helps for the adults shopping. A little pricey but well worth the smiles on her face.

The lady was extremely nice that helped my granddaughter with her first BABs. We were really impressed with the interaction and attention she paid to her. Think BAB needs to train all their employees or at least take lessons from her.

It was the first time going here and I took my 6 yo niece who has never been here either. The lady that stuffed our animals was great with my niece and even answered my questions. We will definitely have to make another trip here!

My child loves build a bear, the staff here were slightly pushy but, not as bad as they sometimes are. It is a hard place to just browse because they are so pushy typically. But, we will go back because of the child.

My friend and I went into this store to get a Toothless plushie (yes, I'm that person) and a Detective Pikachu plushie. We were immediately greeted by a friendly employee who, despite us being grown adults, gave us the Detective Pikachu scavenger hunt promotion. The lady who stuffed our new plushes had been there before, and was super friendly! We made great conversation, especially about the new How To Train Your Dragon movie, while we got them stuffed. When we were ready to go, we had to wait at the counter for a little bit (there were only two employees in the store, and it was starting to get busy). We didn't mind the wait, though, as it wasn't long. The only real issue I had is that the woman behind the register never offered us boxes for our new friends, and instead tried to sell us the $5.50 Build-a-Bear drawstring backpack. Other than that, our experience was great, and we went home satisfied with our new stuffed animals!
Tl;Dr: my friend and I enjoyed our visit to Build-a-Bear and had good encounters with the staff, except one tried to push an expensive item on us. (We also never got offered anything else, so we just carried them around the mall instead)

Went there for a birthday bear! Both associates were so friendly & helpful! Made our little one's experience that much sweeter!

I started buying Build-A-Bears in 1999 my daughter has about a hundred of them if not more and I have about 35 if you're looking to get a cute gift for your child or even if you collect stuffed animals yourself it's a wonderful place to go it's always clean the people are friendly and I would not go anywhere else for a stuffed animal they're not built as well when you buy them pre-made you can watch them make them at the store you can have them as fluffy or as soft as you want it's just really a great place
