Cafe Uccello is my little haven away from the chaos, where productivity meets pleasure. The vibe here is like a burst of energy, perfect for digging into work or just soaking in the moment.

Today, I indulged in the egg, cheese, and spinach croissant, and it was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The menu boasts a tempting array of options, ensuring there's something for every palate.

In essence, Cafe Uccello isn't just a coffee shop; it's a haven where the ambiance, service, and views converge to create a truly delightful escape. It's become more than a place to enjoy a meal—it's a comforting embrace on the busiest of days.

I love their lox bagel. It's reliably good every time. And, you see that little condiment thimble? That's really tasty hot sauce I think they make themselves.

Points off on atmosphere because the second, big room inside has a really boring and bland interior.

Everything was fantastic. The lox bagel sandwich was the best I’ve had and came with a small amount of spicy delicious chili sauce on the side that I loved. The cold brew was similar in quality and I would definitely come back again!

Lovely little downtown cafe that serves good coffee and excellent breakfast Croissants (had the ham, egg & cheese).The service was absolutely excellent.

I was wondering why the secondary room where you go to sit is so bland. The first part where you order your food is totally cute. Then you go into the seating area and it's acoustic tiles and fluorescent lighting like you would find in a business cubicle.

Not exactly relaxing or fun when you're trying to have a coffeehouse experience.

I would totally remodel that if I were you. Paint your walls. Something other than a bland white and get rid of the acoustic office ceiling tile. I absolutely hate fluorescent lighting. I mean I hate fluorescent lighting! It would be easy to make that second room cool.

Otherwise, great food, good coffee and excellent service.

Let me say that again. It was excellent service. I hope you are paying your employees appropriately.

Wow! This place is the GO TO place for breakfast and lunch. I usually come for their breakfast croissants and bagels which are super bomb and super filling. They don’t cheap out on their ingredients and fill it up. Their croissants and bagels are large not the tiny ones.

Today I had a steak sandwich and chipotle sauce and it was one of the best steak sandwiches I’ve tried in the Bay Area. I also had their iced latte. So Carmely and PERFECT to the taste buds.

Above anything, the ladies and gentleman that work here are extraordinarily nice. They go above and beyond to ensure their quality and kindness shows even during their busy times. Thank you Cafe Uccello for being open on time everyday for us Oaklanders. Definite worth the 5 stars.

I come here literally every weekend with my girlfriend for their breakfast croissants. They are SO good and the spicy oil they serve with it is to die for. They have a huge selection of lattes which are always really good (the Earl Gray and the Thai tea w Oatmilk are my faves) Also cannot recommend the garlic fries enough!!

I just noticed this cafe a few weeks ago and ordered the egg, onion and spinach croissant but added jalapenos, hot lavender latte for my coworker and iced rose cardamom latte. The croissantwich was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. My rose cardamom latte, though pretty, didn't have a rose flavor but the cardamom flavor was just right! My coworker said she really liked her lavender latte but it also had a rosemary taste to it. The two employees were friendly and there is a hand sanitizer bottle by the door. The decor is pretty cute, too. I'll be back!

Came here on a date with my friend and we got a rose cardomom latte. Just WOW! The taste and flavor was PERFECT! Thank you to the great ladies for making it feel so hospitable. The vibe is so awesome! You can feel the love and happiness throughout the cafe!

Will definitely be coming here regularly. 🙏🏻

Lovely little cafe in Oakland with exceptionally good breakfast sandwiches and very friendly and helpful staff. It was so good that we might not go anywhere else for breakfast while we're on the trip!

You probably can’t tell, but the sandwich is mostly Bacon. Not a complaint. Just a fact!

This chai, y'all. It is ON POINT. It is made in house and it is a great combo of sweet and spiced. Not really spicy, but I think there is some ginger in there. It is really great, one of the best in the area, and they are open on the weekend which I can't say for every coffee shop in the neighborhood! I should have asked for the name of the barista because she was amazing and so helpful. I didn't try the food but the pastries looked tempting. Lots of non-dairy milk options.

BLT is awesome - my fav. My Billy, is a crescant, eggs and cheese man. Coffee is super here too, ask. Try the Banana bread and Grandma's Pound cake.
You'll be happy and surprised at all the good items here... Ginger beer and Root beer it's gourmet at working folks prices. Enjoy, see you there.

I tried the best bacon croissant in this cafe, it’s very crunchy and taste so good.
Also I highly recommend their hot sauce.

Absolute gem, delicious breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and coffee. The folks behind the bar are always smiling and professional, great customer service. Atmosphere is obviously not the greatest dt Oakland but it's still worth it 100 percent to make the trip.

Services ia great, all the staff is very friendly and kind. I've tried the bacon croissant which is the best I've ever had, I really recommended trying them and make sure to ask for the hot sauce, which really enhanced the yet tasteful croissant

Cute coffee shop. Loved the iced chai. I will return for the egg coffee.

I got the turkey cheddar panini and a matcha smoothie. Very Flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend for a meet up with a friend or getting-to-go items before work.
