Yankee Candle

By far the best yankee candle store I’ve ever been too. The associates always make me feel welcomed in the store when I come in and convince me into buying more candles then I need 😂 which is a good thing. I am in love with all things candles so clearly I get in trouble here, but I love. The store manager, which I cannot remember her name at this exact moment, is super nice and helpful and goes out her way to make sure her clients are happy. I love this store and of course will be back. I’ve attached some a new good small I love you may want to try!

Had a wonderful visit to the Yankee Candle at Towson Town Center on Saturday May 22, 2021, I was with my son, the two closest shops to me have shut down so I needed to find another one, the one at Towson was amazing. Went with my son, he loved smelling all the candles, the two young women working there were awesome, they interacted with my son and I and we had a great visit and discussion about the candles. Very professional, polite, and very nice. Great job! Will be going back!

One of the best Yankee Candles I have been. The employees were very kind, professional, and within reason... Did everything they could to accommodate me.

Whole store smells fantastic. Prices could be a bit better, but theyre for by far the best candles around.

On 4 separate occasions, Jasmin has exhibited unprofessional behavior towards me. She continuously has an attitude, rolls her eyes, verbally sighs and huffs-puffs when she assists me at the register. She is exemplary of poor customer service.

Jasmin needs to be held accountable and an investigation launched into her removal from Yankee Candle. She needs to go asap.

Save yourself the time and visit the White Marsh, Columbia or Annapolis locations instead.

Former assistant manager. Do not shop at or support this store!! After being harassed for weeks by both of the higher up managers, April and Thomisine, I was also assaulted by Thomisine and chased out of the store by her while severely ill during a work shift. I have never been treated like that, let alone hit by my employer.
