JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This is my family's favorite JOANNs. The store is well kept and well organized. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Despite the long checkout lines, the cashiers move you through fast and efficiently l.

This is the best Joann Store I have ever been in. The bright lights allow you to see the product better and there is a sections for every category (crafting, sewing, art, cooking home good, floral)etc. ALL JOANN STORES NEED TO BE REMODEL LIKE THIS. Driving from PA to Bel Air MD was well worth the trip

The only negative thing is going to be my bank account lol. I went here 2days ago
It is a Crafter's heaven. This store is Huge! Big selection of products. Very friendly workers. I had a negative experience at Parkville but I will drive the 1hr distance. I loved the Belair location

I get the best deals at Joann Fabric and they have the best employees.

Closes well before the advertised hour of 9PM. Lost at least 300 dollars in sales tonight. I also ran into the automatic doors and hurt my shoulder.

Bad customer service.

I want to change my review. Because I could not get the item I wanted, I came home and went to the company website. They did not have the exact item I wanted, but had one that does the exact same thing ( Cricut Maker)....at 300 dollars less.

Joann's, by closing at 8:40 saved me 300 dollars!!!!

I love this place! It's literally my playground and I spend way to much here. The JoAnn's staff is great, and the huskvarnna people are so fun. Go here with a list and a set amount of money, or come out broke ☺

2023 update: The store has changed so much but is easier to move around the isles. Still great and knowledgeable staff, unfortunately inflation has changed the prices, but there are great coupons and deals.

This Joanns just had a complete remodel! Lovely! Everything is in different places! But the staff is very helpful and pleasant about being asked over and over where things are. Found everything I needed. I was surprised there was no wait at the cashier. She was very helpful and kind and gave me my military discount

I really like the newly decorated store.Great selection of merchandise excellent help from the staff. Check out was wonderful and easy. The girl at check out went way beyond what was necessary to help me.
I had a really good experience. Will definitely go back.

Love JoAnns! Always find what we're looking for and then some! Staff is nice, but sometimes need more than 1 cashier....feel bad for them when they have a line 8 people deep!

Great staff. Excellent, clean store with a fantastic, well- stocked selection of items. The framing department is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The provision of hand sanitizer for customers is a nice touch

Good selection very nice discounts running. Staff seemed nice. A little crowded. Even with 3 registers open the line was quite long. So at least they seem popular, which is good.

My favorite Joann's! Clean and HUGE! Staff is friendly. I drive farther away than another one closer to me because I like this one more.

Excellent service and inventory. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of sale and clearance items available. Even my curbside trips end up with me in the store. Very difficult to pass up.

Joann's in BelAir has the biggest selection of fabric, yarn and crafting materials. Its clean and spacious offering great deals and coupons. I guess that's why I always have good conversations with fellow shoppers while waiting in lines for fabric to be cut and at the check out.

I love all the sales and coupons you can use at Joann's, perfect for all my scrap booking needs! Always has cute home decor at the front of the store as well!

I appreciate that they seem to be following CDC guidelines. I found the yarn I was looking for. Could use more of a selection of quilting fabric. Kudos to the employees, everyone I saw had a mask.
