I like how friendly the staff is and are always willing to help with any questions I ask and have the knowledge to properly answer them. The location is nice as well. It’s better than navigating through downtown bel air for sure.

a little pricey but you can get just about anything you need for repairs around the house also they have a very good selection of wood pellets for your stove

The employees are nice, helpful and informative. If you have a question and they don't know the answer, they won't try to fake it and they'll bring somebody who does have the answer or call someone who does. They've just expanded their Grill line and hot tub line. Seems like a go-to place for people with wood pellets stoves in the winter time. Really friendly people and a go-to place for Fallston.

Our local hardware store is like the Chik Fil a of hardware stores. They are genuinely nice people. The reward program is decent and you can order on-line to pick-up at the store or have it delivered. These folks live up to the name of Ace.

Always have what I need

Great for something you need and don't feel like fighting the traffic and crowd at the big box stores. People working here are friendly and helpful too.

They had what I wanted but the cashier was the rudest person ever. Also there is never anyone there to help on the floor. You just fend for yourself.

Didn't like the owners and sales people here when they were Courtland Hearth and Hardware and I still don't like them now that they are Ace hardware. They are like used car salesman
