It was my 2nd time time eating here. I ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich with cole slaw and fries. It was delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean.

Even though we were a large group, they were able to seat us and serve us in a timely. I would recommend you to dine here solo or in a group.

Since the dawn of time, man has journeyed to the esteemed Rams Head Tavern, fueled by the allure of the Cat 5 Key Lime Lager. This beer, so rare and delightful, was once thought to be exclusively savored on the sacred grounds of Annapolis and Key West. Or so we believed.

Over the holidays, we made our traditional pilgrimage to the Rams Head in downtown Annapolis, giddy with anticipation for our beloved brew. What happened next was nothing short of a stone-cold bummer.

Upon ordering two Cat 5 Key Lime Lagers, we were told that the Annapolis location had just kicked its last keg of the hallowed beer. But the horror didn’t end there. Its availability would henceforth be limited to the Rams Head in Key West.

Well, this was a fine how-do-you-do. Instead of the delicious Key Lime Lagers we had expected, we were served an icy cold pint of dejection. Our only solace was that now we had an excuse to go to Key West.

But here we are at the Rams Head Southernmost, the supposed Eden of this lime-flavored elixir, and all we can taste is the bitterness of betrayal. With every sip, we’re reminded of what's been ripped from our grasp back in Annapolis.

Rams Head, how could you? All we ever did was love you. The decision to strip Annapolis of Key Lime Lager feels like a plot twist in a story where the moral is "never get too attached to anything that brings you joy."

It doesn’t have to be like this. Bring back the Cat 5 Key Lime Lager to Annapolis. We implore you.

Let's not make this another cry-in-your-beer ballad. Let’s make it the greatest comeback story of all time. Do it for the good people of Annapolis.

The Rams Head Tavern is truly a gem, and the Crispy Duck Tacos are one of the best dishes on their menu. The atmosphere of the tavern is warm and inviting, with friendly staff and a great selection of drinks. But the real star of the show are the Crispy Duck Tacos - the flavors are simply divine, with tender and succulent duck paired with crispy, fresh veggies and a perfect balance of seasoning and spices. Every bite is an explosion of taste that will leave you wanting more. It's clear that the chef takes great care and pride in their dishes, and the result is simply outstanding. If you're looking for a place to relax, have a drink, and enjoy some truly amazing food, look no further than The Rams Head Tavern and their Crispy Duck Tacos - you won't be disappointed

After having excellent service from our server Raine spoke briefly with manager Eric to commend the kitchen and wait and bar staff on making everything come together in a delicious meal experience. Enjoyed the tuesday prime rib special. They swapped out the baked potato for mashed with a delicious beef gravy mmmmm delicious. Although they do have tacos too. My dining friend had the ban mi sandwich and fries which is also good. OMG the deep fried Brie fritters with Cherry Compote started the meal off with a surprising combination that just works a bit of sweet and hot brie a new favorite for me mmmmm hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did. bon Apetit! We had a super sweet and helpful waitress! Delicious fish and chips and burger! We loved the Franziskaner beer on tap (cirtusey wheat)!

We come here every once in a while and we are continually impressed by the food and atmosphere.

Great service. Great food. Great experience.

We even had a small duck friend sit next to us in the bushes while we ate to keep each other company!

Somewhat of a unique menu. Everything was delicious and service was great and polite. Much larger inside than it appears to be from the outside. Would definitely go back!

Visited the Ramshead Tavern for dinner tonight before the Gavin DeGraw show and started off with the Mango Cosmopolitan...chased with a Budlight of course, it was fabulous. My entre was the Bistro Filet Medallions with mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was spot on! My wife had the Veggie Burger and said it was fantastic. There is outside patio seating as well as a pub located underneath the street level bar which is very interesting. Our server was very attentative and went out of there way to ensure we had a fine dinning experience before the show. We really had a great dining experience and recommend you give it a try when in Annapolis.

Wonderful food. I ordered the cream of crab soup and the brussel sprouts and both were fantastic. If you're downtown and need a bite, you can't go wrong stopping by here.

The tavern has a hint of a beer distillery - it’s hoppy and pleasant to take in as you walk through the doors.

They have a large menu with a larger beer menu. They do have a full bar, but the bottled beer menu is outstanding. My wife is gluten-free, and they have three gluten-free beer options for those such as she.

The server was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions about some of the odd allergies our group has. We called about 15 minutes ahead on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to seat 12 of us in a private room.

We were in town for a wedding and after the reception ended, a large portion of the guests descended upon the basement of the Tavern. Brian took care of us all evening and was one of the best bartenders we’ve ever had. He was kind, engaging, made great drink suggestions, and mixed fantastic cocktails. We all left saying to each other how we loved the bar and how Brian had made a fun evening even better. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Best happy hour in Annapolis! M-F from 3-7. They have half price apps and discounted beer and liquor. The food is amazing too! The appetizer menu is huge too with everything from crab dip to pickle chips! Live music most nights too!

I don't give everyone five stars... but tonight you guys deserve it. Came w/ a party of 5 to see Dave Tieff/Laughing Colors acoustic show at Rams Head Onstage/next door and had dinner here before the show. I ordered a plain Reuben on a burger bun w/ cheddar cheese and fries and they knocked it out of the park. My friend had the pulled pork sandwich and you couldn't get him to talk because he didn't want to stop eating it. His son had the fish and chips and said they were as good as another place we frequent that has amazing fish and chips, so that about sums up his dinner. My wife had the Shepard's pie, which I tried and really liked, but was lacking a little on taste/flavor? So 8/10 for the Shepard's pie... I will ask for extra gravy if I come back and order it for myself. Our other friend ordered the taco chicken salad and that was also a walk-off home run. Our server was prompt, checked on us periodically and the kitchen brought our food out in a surprisingly short amount of time, too, for a packed Saturday night. Bonus for the Tavern - we ran into some friends on the way into the venue part of the building and asked them how their dinner was and all four said "fantastic". Can't beat that advertising. One suggestion - If you're going to see a show and want to eat at the tavern, use the app to make a reservation a few DAYS in advance or you'll have to try your luck at Stan and Joe's or find somewhere else to eat: They had to turn people away at the door who didn't have reservations. Second time at this venu and it is still a very nice and intimate dinner and concert location. Food was delicious and the performance by DC own go go band TROUBLE FUNK was terrific took the audience back to the good days of DC GO GO. The table service was prompt and the food was delicious and at appropriate temperature. It is very accessible for all types and the recommended parking garage was less than a block away. They have a tavern connected that serve home brewery style beer and very tasty meals. If you are anywhere near Annapolis you should stop in for a beer, plate and show. There are no bad seats in the venue and each table has appropriate chairs that also give room for stsnd ip and dance as you feel. YOU SHOULD PUT THIS PLACE ON YOU VISIT LIST.

My husband wanted to try their food before coming to Rams Head tavern in Baltimore. The lady that served was was really nice and friendly but oh man, the food was really good! I got fish and chips which I loved, specially the tartar sauce! It's definitely one of the best tartar sauce I've had. My husband food though, blew both of our minds. Seriously, as much as I liked my fish and chips, the fondue burger is just too good!!! The presentation is beautiful, the mix of provolone and the Gouda cheese is melty and drips in the rosemary fries which now I get why the fries surrounded the burger. The fries... I kept on reaching for my husbands and couldn't get more of it, again the melty cheese on rosemary fries and the scattered arugula is so good!! I would love to get this one when we comeback!

Their service on West Street is terrific; with music and sunsets, the food, especially vegetarian, was delicious! Matt served efficiently and was polite and friendly. Give this place a try; you’ll be pleased, even bring your dog...happiness!

Got together with friends for drinks and dinner. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere. Great music venue also.

Pre-show dinner last night (Restuarant) across the board top notch. Brussels Sprouts app, chefs special Snapper Newberg & a finished with a hot brownie desert. Our server was nothing less than incredible she shared her favorites - we followed & glad we did. (Big tip) Much more than pub food.

Had the mac n cheese with lump crab, and it was delicious, as was the peanut butter pie. Great selection of beer, and quite a robust food menu. Good place for groups.

Server and hosts were amazing .. the manager was an absolute jerk. Acted as if we were a burden by coming in and ordering food and drinks. Yikes!
