Bob Bell Hyundai deserves 5 Stars and my sales person, George Harrison deserves 10 Stars. It was my 1st brand new car purchase since 2002 and Bob Bell/George made me feel comfortable, with no pressure or rush. George listened to my concerns and answered all my questions efficiently. The sales manager (I’m sorry, his name escapes me) was essential in the deal and negotiated a great price for my trade in (2012 Chevrolet Cruz). I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. If you’re trying to decide on an exceptional dealership, Bob Bell is for you. Ask for George.

P.S. I’m obsessed with my 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL Convenience. I’ve got so many compliments. It’s been a week and I keep finding little perks/details I didn’t know existed.

I had the BEST experience purchasing a new car for my family. The general manager Nick was especially helpful and attentive to our family’s needs. They are VERY honest, upfront and amazing here. From the care salesmen to the finance department. I definitely recommend this place.

I was impressed by the customer service. I came ready to spend at least 3 hours for oil change as it's been the case in other locations. I spent less than an hour for oil change. Cost to change the battery was also very good. I will definitely come back next year or if I need any car service.

I bought my vehicle from the dealership and go back for routine maintenance every time. They know all there is to know about their product, do excellent work and ensure that everything needed is done on time.

After waiting since January for a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy and the 2024 came out I jumped on one. So far exceptional vehicle for the price. Will know more because driving to Tennessee on Vacation My salesperson Marcus was great to deal with and very knowledgeable also the Finance dept was great and Bob Bell Hyundai gave me fair trade in price and fantastic to deal with. Although they are remodeling right now, they were fantastic to deal with! Keep them in mind when looking for a new Hyundai.

5 STARS for SUPERSTAR BOB Bell Hyundai Service Manager RYAN WEBB!! This guy knows what customer service is all about. BUT my experience at Bob Bell that day did not start out quite that spectacular!!! The day after Christmas, I was in town visiting my Daughter in Pasadena, while there my Hyundai Ioniq PHEV just died in the driveway-no sign of life. I was able to jump it after hours of research on line then I headed straight to Bob Bell Hyundai. I walked into the service area counter where there where 3 bodies not doing much and no other customers. I walked up and explained my situation and was directly told the battery likely needs to be replaced but the soonest appointment I could get was 2-3 weeks away. Stunned I sought clarity and asked 2-3 weeks wait to change my battery? Answer -yes. Stating I was from out of town I asked if they had a referral to another place in the community that changes batteries? I was told no but there are many to choose from. Again I asked what types of places do that locally. The guy said he did not know. Looking at him puzzled I restated, if there are many places can you just tell me what type of place I would have this done? Again he said he did not know. I turned to the other older man to my right and asked him. He said try Pep Boys , Walmart, Autozone, places like that. I thanked him for his input went out side and stated making calls while in the parking lot. I could get a appoinment same day at all of these places but no one had the special battery needed. My hubby went back inside to parts to see if there was a battery we could purchase and bring to one of these places and this is when we met Ryan Webb. He over heard hubby talking and walked over and introduced himself. Next thing I see is my husband and Ryan walking to my parked Ioniq. Ryan came out to check out the situation and stated-"it's a quiet day here today- go buy the battery and I'll put it in for you." My hubby and I looked at him puzzeled, and said we didn't have any tools. He said he had everything we need and walked off to get the tools. Ryan came back immediately with the tool needed and the battery. He had it changed out in about 5 minutes. That's 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I recently purchased a 2023 Hyundai. The salesman, Ed Karn, was great and patiently answered all of my questions. They have a great selection of cars, the pricing was fair, and the financing offered was wonderful.

Great finance department that walked me through step by step of the process and wasn’t pushy the whole time.

100% would recommend Bob Bell. I had a tire issue on a Friday and they got me in same day, plus got an oil change. Still had an issue that Monday and they got me in right away. Fantastic customer service. Will go here even though there is a closer dealership to me (but they're terrible).

Went to Bob Bell from a bad experience with another local dealer and emailed in and got a response from Riley. I obtained two quotes from him on the two cars from his stock, made an appointment with Jonathon and explained our issue with them both. I took my test drive, chose my vehicle, and did 85% of the paperwork by myself that night. I went home, asked my wife to do her application online, and went back together the next day to purchase the car. car was cleaned, and except for half of the stickers not being pulled off the car, was a quicker than usual experience. One of the best car purchasing experience. Jin is extremely knowledgeable and will be able to answer any questions. Not many sales representatives are as familiar with their products as Jin is. Also, a shout out to Riley (Sales Manager) who was extremely cooperative with any needs that Jin couldn’t address.

I had a positive experience here while exploring a Tucson Hybrid. I worked with Jonathan in sales and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not make me feel pressured after spending time doing a test drive with me. This dealer is not adding "market adjustment" charges to vehicle MSRPs, which is refreshing. I did not end up completing the purchase with this dealership only because a different regional dealer had the model I was interested available sooner. But based on my experience at Bob Bell I would definitely recommend them.

Mr George H. is the best. Hands down. He made me feel very comfortable about buying a car that I didn't think I could get. No pressure what so ever. He made me feel great about the purchase. There's about 30 ONE star reviews, they sound pretty horrible. But if you consider they have say 10 mechanics, they can service approx 5 vehicles a day, 6 days a week. That's 15,600 a year. 30 bad reviews accounts for only 2tenths of 1%. So 99.8% of the customers were happy and don't post about their experiences. #foodforthought

Had my tire pressure light come on this morning. Stopped by Bob Bell service desk. Young lady immediately took my vehicle back to service and within 10 minutes I was on the road again. It was only a matter of the tires needing air but her concern demonstrated excellent customer service. Thanks.
