Reps and service people were professional, friendly and very competent. They found discounts for me and, as always, gave me a military discount, which I always appreciate. Answered all my questions, up sold me a bit on the tires, but I'm so glad they did. Had it done yesterday afternoon, this am we had 6 inches of snow - the tires were, quite simply, AWESOME. Thank you to the staff, you all are my and my family's go to for tires.

I was traveling through and got a flat(thanks wonderful springs pothole). I called and was told come in now,I was met by the manager who got all my information and shared sympathy. He immediately pulled it around and personally replaced the tire! WoW, thank you again!

Didn’t really experience their professionalism because the reason that we stopped by was that our rent a car broke and we had to go there so the guys could figure out what is wrong. Very friendly staff, super outgoing people, offered us coffee while waiting for the diagnosis of the car.

I was moving from Omaha, NE to Phoenix, AZ and started having problems with my car. After calling half a dozen Firestones, Eugene said he would help me out by getting it in and done by the end of the say (it was 1 o’clock pm). After dropping it off, went to eat and walked around the mall for a little bit and was about to go to the movies expecting it to be done closer to closing time (7pm) but 3:30pm rolls around and they called me and said they were done! I am so thankful they were able to get my car in on such short notice and that they made it a priority to get it done. I had previously taken it to a Tires Plus (sister company) and had set up an appointment but 3 hours of it sitting there, they hadn’t even touched it. I’m so thankful the team here listened to me and helped me out so much. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic business!

Once again, the gang at Firestone on Jamboree took amazing care of us. If you need stuff done, there is no better place than this. Wait time was a couple of hours, but I came without an appointment and they had a full house to take care of. Price was more than reasonable for oil change, tire rotation and patching up the nail in my tire. Eric and Carlos are fantastic! Would recommend this place to anyone. They have been taking care of our cars for a couple of years now.

I bought a set of tires and wanted to match my spare and even though they didn't have four tires that matched they tracked them down from different locations got them brought over and installed right away. Excellent customer service and also received a discount. This is a great shop to be loyal to because they take great care of you.

I've been going here for alignments & tires for years. Recently another shop told me I needed many costly suspension repairs. I took it to this Firestone for a second opinion. I did not need all the things the first shop told me so paid a fraction of the cost for what needed done. Another time they were able to get my truck in alignment when another Firestone was not able to do so. I have full trust in them and their quality of work.

I have been serviced here twice and left happily. My car broke down on me across the street from this establishment and Jordan did not hesitate to come out and look at what happened with my car. Quoting was fast, easy, and customer service is very personable. Very honest about the minimal service my car needed. The store manager is very friendly and accommodating. It seems every time I come to this store it seems as if there are so many impatient people (you can't rush something that is very important to you), when I see they are working as hard as they can and they still approach the situation in a graceful manner. I don't normally rate places, but I feel like the people here are pretty great.

On the way through town to home in Iowa when I get a notice the rental car needs an oil change. Called the rental company who told me to take it to Firestone. Found this place through google maps, called them right as they opened and was told to bring it in and we’ll change the oil right now. Took the car in, they immediately started working on the car and had it completed within the hour. Great service and quick follow through.

We went in to jiffy lube in the same area and they told us a bunch of false information. We pulled into this Firestone and Brandon was amazing. He looked at our car and echoed my worried about what jiffy lube did. He was a delight to work with I'm so glad he was the one we talked to. 10/10 service.

With an appointment 1st thing I. The morning Eugene, Brandon, and the team were able to balance and install 2 new tires on a Ford Transit 250 van in less than 1 hour. Incredible!

Not every Firestone is created equal, and this location stands out time and time again as honest and upstanding when servicing my vehicles. In the past I took my car in for a check engine light, code said all cylinders were misfiring. They literally spent hours running test after test on various systems and components, showing me results each time, and after determining the issue was just the check engine light, they didn't charge me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and make even a clueless car owner feel informed and included in the repair/maintenance process. I don't take my cars anywhere else, even other Firestones, because I don't want to constantly wonder if I'm getting screwed. Highly recommended.
