Starbucks

This Starbucks is definitely one of the quietest ones I’ve been to, in a really good way. Staff is more than amazing, kind and really friendly. Also it’s clean and neat, I am definitely going back when in the area!

They are so friendly! They always know what I am trying to order by my description when I can't remember the name of what I had somewhere else. Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas. They don't skip on the taste, NO watering down like other ones I been to! Very happy! 😊

The woman in the drive through this morning very short black hair is incredible always kind and happy she makes my morning and is a true asset to your company thank you so much. And no I don’t know her personally lol.

And then there's Starbucks in Antioch. Their crew is fantastic! I particularly like the drive-thru person - she's patient, knowledgeable and funny!
Today I had a little meeting there, and it all was so smooth and pleasant - felt like home.

April and the short girl who has been there 7 years make this place rock. If I get close to this location I will drive the extra 15 minutes out of the way to visit this location. Thank you guys for taking the time to care. APRIL thanks for remembering my complex drink after the second time ordering. I wish I knew the other girls name. My husband says just to make me happy he will drive to your store because the order is always correct.

This is concerning the Starbucks on Rte 173 in Antioch. I do not go here on a regular basis. This location is newer. Saw an old friend which made it more enjoyable. Overall a good Starbucks.

Drinks are made well. It said it was busy, but there really wasn't anyone in line. The drive thru cashier was kind, even talked to my 7yo who loves to talk to the cashiers when we go through drive thru. Definitely a plus and may make this the Starbucks I go to when I visit my family up here more.

Tastes good. But pricey!

In my travels all over Northern Illinois and Chicago this is one of of not that best serviced Starbucks in the area. The only thing is take right is the parking and the drive thru setup is a bit strange, it's in the middle of the stores.

Excellent staff always welcoming and friendly!! It's a super busy location, when the drive thru is backed up I go inside and service is great!!

always amazing and kind staff. definitely on their feet after a rough open IMO. love coming here, and as a partner I know they’re working hard and kicking butt in there! my go to for my days off/markouts.

This is one of the best looking Starbucks I've been in. Whoever designed the interior deserves some recognition, in my view. The service is always good, too.

Love this Starbucks. They always go above and beyond. All of the baristas are super friendly and welcoming. With the amount of orders they fulfill, they are speedy! Both the inside and outside are meticulously maintained and super clean.

The guy at the drive thru you give him the Pupperchino! Lol
