Starbucks

I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened and day after day the staff continues to impress me with their outstanding customer service. It’s amazing how the baristas find a way to make the wait worth while as they greet us with warming personalities and easy-going small talk. Amsterdam, NY sure has some rude customers (being witness of some) and yet still this Starbucks Team continues to empower customers like me to enjoy the best Starbucks Experience. I hope district management recognizes your work and thank you for making it a great experience for me day after day.

This Starbucks has such a low rating I was afraid to go there and it was lovely so I felt compelled to right a review…my flat white was perfect, the people were very nice and there’s plenty of nice seating, building looks new and everything was clean. I come here without hesitation.

Oh my goodness the people behind the counter were so nice and the service was speedy and as always consistently Starbucks flavor and taste. However the interior of the Starbucks is not conducive to sitting and hanging out in a coffee shop. The location is given to extreme amount of drive-thru so I can understand the setup. All that said the staff was so friendly it made up for any discomfort in the restaurant.

This is a busy one. They give priority to moving the drive through; which is funny because ordering in person is more personal.
My drink is often incorrect, I suspect because they are so busy.
As always, uncomfortable seating.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!! If i could give this store negative stars i would... This is the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It took us almost a half hour to get our order, once you're in the dirve thru line, you're stuck there. My wife went in to order so we could get our order faster and half the workers were dancing around doing nothing, taking out the trash and sweeping, maybe 2 out the 6 employees were actually working..... Finally we got up to order and the girl literally said "were out of almost everything" they didn't apologize about the 35 minute wait or anything of that nature... JUST DON'T GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS a TARGET Starbucks right next door... Go there instead. WORST STARBUCKS/ STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

WARNING: Expect to wait more than 45 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order.

This branch will not let you park for a mobile order and will tell you to use the drive through for a mobile pick up. This means you will be in their drive through with every other customer and mobile pickup order.

If you are expecting a drive through to be less than 30 minutes, you've come to the wrong starbucks.

You WILL be late to where you need to go.
You WILL be given a stale order.

I'm very disappointed. Rushed drinks and had to have it remade 3 times , there was no cold brew in the drink ): Drinks were off. Had it remade at the target starbucks

I’ve been waiting in line for over 10mins for one coffee and I can’t get out of line… finally got my coffee shouldn’t take 20mins to get one iced coffee!! This is absolutely nuts!!!

Drive thru closed, stood in line for ten minutes to find out they were accepting mobile orders only?? Not worth a visit.

Been here 4 times now. Three strikes and you’re out. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Thought maybe it was just new store adjustment but they have been opened long enough to have it down pat. No hello when you enter, drive through gets precedence and those poor drivers are pulling their hair out because of the wait. We witnessed the drivers coming into the store from their cars that were stuck in line to order at the counter. We waited 11 minutes at the counter and still no one came to take our order at the register.
My order had been wrong each time. I let it slide the first two visits but the third time I had them remake my drink until it was right. That also took 3 tries. I hope the district manager is paying attention to these reviews. We have waited 18 years to get a free standing Starbucks here in Amsterdam. Luckily our Target one is excellent. I ended up going over to Target for my drink. They are losing a lot of business. I could go on but you get the picture. Go to Target for you correctly made drinks and lovely service.
