Cafe Trang Bistro American Fork

Cafe trang is a delicious Vietnamese restaurant in American fork (with other locations across the state) and is always a great experience.

The honey glazed pork on the jasmine rice bowl is my absolute favourite, pairing it with the fresh veggies and white rice is delicious. At an up charge, you can add an egg roll which is so worth the extra money! Crunchy and salty with soft filling. Adding a side of hoisin sauce makes for a fantastic meal.

The customer service is always warm and welcoming. Plenty of seating options and fast service.

Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area!

My favorite restaurant! Love the noodle bowl and the egg rolls, I can actually eat them because they are gluten free. The vegetables are always so fresh and their meats are so flavorful.

This place was really good. I ordered the vermicelli bowl with an extra cha gio. Every item on my bowl was delicious. The nuoc mam wasn't as strong as I like it. I like mine pungent especially for a vermicelli bowl. 10/10 recommend. I really enjoyed how clean and maintained the whole restaurant is. I will definitely come back to try their other items on the menu.

We came here to celebrate my best friend, Douglas', birthday and the food was incredible. The sugarcane drink was alright, but the sandwich was to die for. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I moved to this area about a year ago and since then we've been to numerous Vietnamese restaurants, but we hadn't found the one until we came here! They have delicious pho, the sweetest customer service, and they're affordable! We will 100% be coming back here and this is going to be our go to whenever we want pho! Thank you so much!

I stopped by Cafe Trang just before they closed after my dinner plans fell apart. They were very kind about needing to get prepped ingredients back out for us and I was really grateful for that! We ordered takeout so we could get in and out without them waiting for us to leave and I have to say they are the perfect model of how takeout should be. They had the limes, Jalapeno and bean sprouts packaged separate in a plastic bag, there were chopsticks and eating utensils as well as napkins ready to go and they served the broth and meat in separate containers. As I poured the broth in with the meat I could watch the meat cook before my eyes which was something I've never experienced with pho. The food itself was fantastic too! The cherry on top was that the prices were around $9-$10 for a large pho and that was more than enough for leftovers. I can't wait to go back for some more pho and to try a bubble tea or a banh mi!

I love their vermicelli noodle bowl! The address was wrong for the restaurant so hopefully that will be updated soon. When we got there it was super clean and the food was amazing! I loved going to their location in Murray so it is nice to have one near by.

We have been here probably 5 times and love it Every time! We always get the bowl with the noodles and pork! The pork has a great smokey flavor. Everything always tastes very fresh! There are always people eating pho there and it looks great too!

The servings were huge and the honey glazed grilled pork is very tasty! The place is cute with all the live, tropical plants.

I got the rice bowl with BBQ pork and an egg roll. It came with a salad and a spicy (about 2/5) sauce that I poured over everything. Tasty and healthy is a great combination that I look for in a restaurant.

They mastered Pho to go. The broth is kept hot in a styrofoam bowl. They provide you with a microwave safe bowl with noodles and meat. A disposable soup spoon fork and chopsticks. The broth is delicious! You just pour it into your bowl and enjoy.

Delicious food and great customer service. The Pho was the best I’ve had in Utah. The potstickers and sandwich were also great.

This pho and these wontons are so good that I forgot to take a picture before I chowed down. The broth is so freaking good. Stop wasting your time reading reviews and just come here already!

Meet up with friends here. They both suggested the place and I understand why. The food was so good! One of my friends suggested the sandwich with the honey glazed pork (I ordered with no jalapenos) and it was so good! The avocado smoothie was also a great side.
