I've been here a few times now. I don't think I've ever waited for a table but they can get busy. The wait staff and cooks are always polite, the food is tasty and not a bad price, and I love the oatmeal cookie latte. It's so delicious! They have both soy milk and oat milk.

Tried this place and will definitely be back. Food is very good and good looking. As someone who cooked in restaurants for a very long time I feel like these cooks are on the slow side. But the coffee is great and it was worth the wait for the food. This is a strong spot for people who like a sweet breakfast.

We stopped in to check out this new spot and fell in love! The staff is very friendly, the food is fresh, the atmosphere was light and welcoming and it's refreshing to have great quality coffee! I was even surprised by the pistachio flavor they had on hand 👏 We will definitely be returning to support this locally owned business in the very near future!

delicious beverages! the two ladies I always see craft my beverages go above and beyond. also very great customer service. super welcoming staff and friendly. this is a great addition to Altoona. food is always very good! props to the cooks and baristas here for high quality food and beverages. very consistent! i come here very often and have always had a great experience.

Breakfast this morning at Daily Grind Coffee Co. was delish! We wanted to order literally everything on the menu, but we figured we had to save some for another day. The most fluffy croissants, chocolate chip pancakes from scratch and “The Porky” (French toast, sausage, eggs, bacon, ham, hash browns, and cheese) did not disappoint! & we can’t forget the nutty vanilla blend coffee! Nothing beats a local breakfast spot!

Our first visit was for a private party and it was great! It’s a super cute new business in an area that is busy with construction and revitalization. We didn’t sample the coffee but the ambiance was great, service was friendly, and the pulled pork sandwiches (not on regular menu) were delicious. Highly recommended. We will be back soon.

The food was surprisingly good, as in you take a bite and say “wow”. We got the French vanilla latte, the three little pigs, the garden omelette, and the salted caramel mocha pancakes (picture below) and they were all great!

We had to wait a bit the place was packed but once we got a table the stuffed French toast bacon eggs and home fries were delicious and the coffee one of the best cups I had overall staff was great keeping people happy while they waited for their food due to how busy they were drive thru non stop as well if your in the area I highly recommend you stop in you won't be disappointed

Always enjoy going to the Daily Grind! Great food, great service all around. It's a great place to eat! Definitely recommend it. If you haven't been there, you need to give it a try!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday with my kids. The eggs were good, the locally made sausage was delicious (I'm guessing LaJo's?), the coffee was good, and the service was friendly and fast!

The Daily Grind has a warm inviting hometown feel to it.. Hands down, no question the best breakfast in the area! They sure do know what they're doing in the kitchen. Thanks guys my breakfast was amazing!

My family and I always love going to the daily grind either for take out or dinning in the food is always absolutely amazing the best breakfast food I ever have had and I don't even like breakfast food all like that I love it also the coffee drinks are phenomenal

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This was great! The coffee was so good! My omelet and my husband's waffle were delicious! Absolutely stop here!

A wonderful place to have a meal with family. Staff was very friendly, and the food was great. Definitely loved the blueberry coffee.

Tried this place for the first time today. So glad we did!!!! Small and cozy. They can only cook so fast with the size of the kitchen, so you will wait a little bit. The food was prepared perfectly!!!! The smoked bacon was decadent!!! We will be back!!! 👌🏽👍🏼👏🏻

The barista was very nice and patient with me and the owner/cook makes amazing waffles 1000% recommend it gives a home style vibe

We’ve been here before and decided to order takeout over the phone for pickup. One of the items we ordered had a customization - the 3 little pigs meal, which comes with 3 mini French toast “sandwiches”, each with egg, cheddar, and a meat - one with bacon, one with sausage, and one with ham. I asked for the sausage sandwich to be subbed out for a 2nd bacon sandwich instead. When we arrived to pick it up (drive thru) the woman assisting was incredibly pleasant, and even offered a pup cup for our dog in the back seat! We came back home and realized the customization was incorrect - we had 1 sandwich with ham, but 2 with sausage instead of 2 with bacon. When we went back to explain, they were completely understanding, took ownership of the mistake, and immediately remade it to our specification. While waiting for the order, they even remembered and asked how we enjoyed our coffees, as it was our first time having their Frozen Nutty Buddy Mocha drink (seasonal for July.) We are so grateful for their amazing customer service, and will be back to support their local business often! Highly recommend their breakfasts, we’ve ordered other items before and have always been very pleased!!

The food and service was terrific. They have a ton of breakfast options. You need to check them out. The staff is very friendly.

Absolutely phenomenal staff! An issue happened with our order and we were brought a second meal, even after insisting everything was fine. Very courteous, friendly staff, and when my husband dropped his debit card, someone even brought it out to his car.
Absolutely recommend the strawberry stuffed French toast!

I had the Chorizo Bowl. If you want a savory breakfast It's delicious. The pancakes are delicious as well. Whatever the recipe they use for the batter is really good. I had the house blend coffee which has a hint of vanilla. They give you a full mug and it was very good. The service was good also. I am looking forward to returning here soon.
