T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I inadvertently "killed" my iPhone during a mountain hike,...and immediately took it to the T-Mobile store on Kanan Road in Agoura Hills. They were very helpful in explaining my options and allowed me to use their store phone to call Apple. GREAT SERVICE !!!

So after 20+ years of being with Sprint we had to go into a T-Mobile store to do the pivot from our long time provider to our new cell phone carrier... we really didn't know what to expect from the process and I can tell you we were incredibly pleased!

We had three family phones to port over and I can tell you that the process was so wonderfully managed by Erik the store's assistant manager that I plan on going back to him for anything and everything I need T-Mobile!

Look no farther than this shop to help you with your needs!

We decided to change from our long time carrier Verizon and go with T-Mobile. We went to the Agoura store and originally met with Raiden. He was very helpful and extremely kind. Unfortunately we had to come back the next day because we were not prepared. When we came back, Julian helped us. We had three phones to transfer and a phone upgrade. Julian was extremely helpful, professional and knew what he was doing.

Walked in to T Mobile and Noah, my sales agent, immediately greeted us with a big smile and which he did the same to all that walked in later. I went in to purchase 2 cell phones and 2 lines. I had lots of questions to ask. Noah listened attentively and addressed all my concerns one by one. He offered several options in getting the best rate and if he was not sure, he consulted with his colleagues. I appreciated him checking with them making sure I was getting the right information. I felt like I was in good hands and that I could trust him. It took a while to process the sale because he had to call main office to get clearance in some issues. I felt bad for Noah because it was past his lunch break but he kept at it, did not stop until everything was completed. He took the time explaining everything in detail and even wrote it down for me to remember. He was organized through out the whole process. I truly felt Noah was looking out for our best interest. I found him to be professional, smart, patient, understanding, accommodating and friendly. His colleagues where equally helpful and I witnessed how they helped one another, a good teamwork. I will definitely recommend Noah and his team (T-Mobile in Agoura Hills) to my family and friends. I received excellent service. I walked out of there a satisfied and happy customer. Noah also called the following day to remind me to call 611 for authorization. He provided a contact number for me to call anytime if I have any further questions. What a great sales agent!!!

Julian is the best! I had a technical problem between the apple store and sprint and Julian did everything for me and was very patient the whole time while assisting me in my troubles. This is the best T-Mobile store I’ve ever been too. Which is why I continue to go there every time. Thanks you guys.

Went to store on Sunday to switch service from AT&T. Eric explained all for unlocking my phone, returning on Tuesday to complete switch Janni Helped me at first, Eric completed all in approximately 20 minutes. Incredible customer service . Try that at AT&T !! So glad I finally switched!! I am a real customer. Slick Rick

if you go to the T-Mobile on Kanan in Agoura be sure that you have Julian help you. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and will be able to answer every one of your questions. He is smart and personable. Whatever he's being paid, he deserves a raise!
