Online I struggled, talked with a real person, so much easier. Got my plan aligned with the phone I wanted. Then ordered the phone online and picked up in the store. Should have skipped their suggested charger, could have gotten two for their one. But the staff was great and easy to work with.

I don't understand these reviews. My experience with "Nancy" at this store was incredible. I had a very difficult situation between two phones on my Corporate account and Nancy not only took the time to remedy it, she was able to fix it when other stores were clueless to what the problem was. Nancy was calm pleasant and competent while I was anxious stressed and unhappy about the situation. I highly recommend this store because of Nancy.

We had to visit this store 3 times over a period of a couple weeks, due to phone reception issues. Each time we made appointments, had very short waits upon arrival, and were taken care of by knowledgeable and professional people.

Personally I got treated very well. I went in for the Note 7 recall exchange. That's when I met Tina & Charles. They did an excellent job. I just got my new Note 7. Awesome.

Incorrect phone sent from verizon. Jackson came to our aid. He went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for us to exchange and activate new phone, even providing a new SIM card. Every thing worked out beautifully thanks to Jackson's terrific customer service. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Excellent service above my previous experience elsewhere. Have had two reps, each on different occasions, and both were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and fast to get me what I wanted and what I needed with no pressure to choose something else.

Verizon is now the worst customer service, especially in store of all the providers. Rude, ineffective, uninterested in doing their jobs. The majority should be fired.

I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she was AMAZING! We bonded over life while my phone was transferring. What a pleasant experience.

My LG phone did a software update that totally messed it up, I couldn't access any of my photos or contacts. Eddie and Joey were able to get it working again, very much appreciated their help!
