Absolutely amazing service! Our waitress Amber was hands down the best waitress I've ever met!! Clean, beautiful dining area! Very comfortable lighting and seating and the food 😮 so good!!! Absolutely must try this restaurant ❤

Husband and I are in love with this restaurant. First of all, they’re the only place in town that can make a French 75. Second, every establishment here in Austin has nice people, but I feel like the staff at Downtown Grill are also genuinely caring, not just doing a job. Thirdly, everything we ordered was at expert level on the foodie scale, minus the pretension. We will definitely be back as often as our going-out fund allows! 🥰🍴

We ordered walleye fingers, rice and wild rice soup, a burger and butterfly shrimp Alfredo. Everything was absolutely exceptional. The service was, quick and staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is dim and unique. We will definitely be going back.

Nice little place in Downtown Austin. I had the smoked pork chop with apple chutney, it was fantastic. Also had the spinach/artichoke dip and friend green beans…the wasabi ranch was very good. Great food quality, nice ambience, and our service was excellent. Will definitely return to try their other selections!

Wonderful service, delicious food. Location has an upscale but cozy vibe. The green bean fries were phenomenal, and our sandwiches (Cubano and Kimchi Reuben) were terrific.

Curtis the owner stopped by our table to talk and thanked us. The waiter was outstanding! The bartenders served a great salted caramel martini! The hostess was wonderful and also checked in on how we were doing!!! We were a party of 15 (6 being children) I had a great Birthday dinner 🥳 Thank you everyone @ The Downtown Grille

Best food I have ever had

New favorite place to eat in town! My burger was one of the best I have had in a hot minute and the chicken wild rice soup was amazing. As well as a nice clean patio. Can’t wait to come back.

We were at the Downtown Grill tonight with another couple and it was amazing! Our food and drinks were amazing! Our server Stephanie was so great! She had amazing suggestions about the food and also the drinks we ordered! We were not disappointed!

The menu, food, and service were great! Referred by a colleague, who said the chicken wildrice soup is a must-have, so right!!! Most notably, our server Alexa made our visit very fun, engaging, and special. We'll be back.

This place is awesome, it looks awesome and the food is incredible. Every appetizer, side, STEAKS! 😱🤤 they're carefully prepared and you can taste it. It's in the high budget but It's definitely worth it!. Only reservations until they officially open.

5 STARS!! I have food allergies and when I told the waiter they made sure everything was prepared properly. The owner came to our table to let me know he called the chef at home to confirm the Cajun Seasoning was GF! I said no dairy and they let me know their baked potato was rubbed in butter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Walleye!! FRESH AND GRILLED PERFECTLY. atmosphere is on point and so was the service. Will defintily return!

My husband and I were just in this evening to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. I had the Walleye, and my husband had the Monte Cristo sandwich. Thank you for making it a great night.

my friend and I went in yesterday to have dinner. the staff was very friendly especially our server marissa. the food was very good and fast.

There were 5 in our party for a work lunch. We all had a different sandwich from the menu, and all enjoyed it.
