One of the best places to go to the staff is unbelievably kind and sweet. They actually seem to care about their customers, giving plenty of information and to also make sure your okay finding everything okay type of deal. They joke make you laugh even with masks on they smile and can make you smile hiamd ((the employee that help me october 1st2020)) is one the best you can ask for if I could give this place 10 stars I would. That man needs a raise big time!!

It was a great place to shop for what it is there for affordable and also something for the big spender. A great variety of things. I'm 40 been smoking since I was 13 so many new ways to smoke. I love the fact that it is a tobacco free place no tobacco or nicotine sold inside.

Austin is very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. Wonderfully stocked store of most anything you could possibly need. Great selection of smoking accessories & glass products. Spent most of an hour talking w Austin whilst picking out what I needed. Store is open everyday except Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Awesome staff. As a beginner, I went in to ask a few questions and perhaps get a new piece. The guy working was really down to earth and went through all my options with me. I settled on a piece, and he went through all the steps on cleaning and everything else I needed to know. This will be the place I come back to.

Great buisness, employees are knowledgeable on their products and are always willing to share. The owners blow their own pieces, and sell top quility pieces also made in Wisconsin. All and all love the place, won't buy any where else

This is THE Premier shop for glass and accessories. They offer a ton of products and at a great price. I literally will not go anywhere else. The owner/Managers are knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. 10/10

Very friendly. My normal place for vaping products was closed so I went here to get what I needed. They had even better prices. Not as well stocked but what they had was sufficient. Very knowledgeable.

Elves has a wider variety of glass, but Smokin has some slick pieces too. Between accessories, butane, nails, Glob Mops, glass and pretty much everything we need, Smokin will hook it up. They are always my first stop.
