Great food. Little pricey. Store needs remodeling

Foul smell like rotten chicken blood or fish bait smacks you in the face as soon as u open the door like your being punched by a pro boxer. The smells clings to everything in the store,couldn't even drink a beverage I bought due to the smell on the bottle. The food is subpar wedges are always dried out,chicken is gross. It's obvious the oil doesn't get changed often due to the taste or that could just be the foul odor clinging to the food. Sadly this store has been like this for years,its dirty and gross,always has been. All the employees act as if you've ruined theyre whole day whenever you go inside. Now they have gaming machines in there and every crackhead and drunk in town hangs out there

If zero stars was a thing they’d have it, money was removed off my card from this location and I was refused a refund lady stated “I’m not authorized to give refunds” yet was the only one working! Not even sure if that’s legal to have someone working that’s unaware of all their responsibilities ESPECIALLY when it’s dealing with peoples money!! Horrible customer service employee told me that she would contact the boss and I witnessed her not even try and to call once!! WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES THAT TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY CARD !
