I've been with lincare going on 3 years now. They have always taken care of any issues I've had with my oxygen concentrator. The staff is very polite. Both in person or it be on the phone. I would highly recommend lincare. I would give them a 10 if I could. Thank you lincare for everything.

I have always been treated superbly at Lincare. The local office staff is AWESOME! I would like to give a special shoutout to the staff who work so hard to deal with the shortcomings and incompetence at the Billing office. 10 stars if I could!

Very kind staff. They got me in a next day appointment. I was late 15min and they didn't punisj or shade me. They addressed my sleep quality issue and provided 2 solutions THAT HELPED! Went over my report and taught me things about my sleep. They also billed my insurance directly so it was quick and painless. Special thanks to Brian.

I want to thank Lincare, especially the receptionist at the front desk. It has been an exceptionally difficult time for me having to start using oxygen 24hrs a day. It is not only difficult getting used to it physically but also emotionally. She has helped me throughout the process with her understanding and patience.

I have been on hold now for 27 minutes. This is typical. I suspect all calls are routed to a central call center, you probably aren't talking to the people you think you are. It's best to just drove over to the local facility and hope you get someone who is willing to help. Some are, and know what they're doing. Others aren't. If you get one of those, persistent, ask for someone else. Its your money.

Problems from day one with this company. One or two people seem to care the rest do not. Took 6 weeks to get my first order, they seem to not care. Even problems with billing personnel, they definitely don't care. Was told by billing personnel to go to a different company if I don't like their service. Just beware of this company

We ordered a hospital bed through lincare. It was supposed to be here two hours ago. I can not get a hold of them. I waited on hold for fifteen minutes with no answer. I am very unhappy with my experience with them. If you can go through someone else I recommend that you do.

I've been a customer for fifteen years or more and have never been treated badly untill I needed to replace my portable oxgyen machine , simple no !! Code update , computer crashing , on its way , never ordered it ect. I'm very disappointed in what I thought was a good company !!! Wendi Egbert
