Copy Junction

Came in today around 11 to have some things printed, amazing customer service from the lady that helped me. Will absolutely be back in the future.

I LOVE this place!!! It is so unbelievably convenient and the staff are all so friendly and provide excellent, quick service! Been going for years for various needs, including shipping, buying stamps, getting copies, etc. last time I was in (a few weeks ago I believe) I had gone in for notary. I can’t remember her name, but the notary lady was so helpful and notarized my paperwork on the spot. She even gave me excellent advice (always get a copy when it comes to notarizing things, especially for government purposes), which hadn’t even crossed my mind for some reason.
And not that it has anything to do with providing services, but there is a ton of cute and fun stuff to look at if you have to wait in line (sometimes they’re really busy)! They have little trinkets and gifts and cards and stuff, some of the most random but adorable things! So, I wanted to include a picture of a few of the trinkets I collect every time I go in there, just for fun ☺ I put them by my chapstick for size comparison.

I come into this store 3-5 days a week to drop off packages. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me get the info I needed to report a lost package with FedEx and I was able to get the claim approved. Great business!

This business is everything you need all wrapped into one. Nothing says hometown feel more than this little Ma and Pa shop. Staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this place for all my shipping needs as well as printing. Thank you for maintaining such a warm feel and comfortable atmosphere.

I love this store they are so friendly and helpful every time I’m in there. They will search all shipping carriers to find the cheapest/ fastest options. Their packing service is excellent and very reasonably priced. Overall highly recommend for your shipping / faxing/ copying needs.

Showed up just as the store was closing , a woman Janet and myself arrived at same time and Gordon stayed late to ensure our packages went out and that we didn’t have to make a 2 Nd trip back to store! This guy went above and beyond for his customers and it was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Thank you Gordon! We will definitely continue to be repeat customers.

So FedEx sent me here to pick up a package. And Janelle informed me they did not have my package. However she has been beyond polite today and gone way above and beyond for me. I will definitely be going back here any time i can.

This little place is so awesome. The store has everything you need to mail or print plus random fun impulse items. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I saved $15 mailing things with them.

Exceptional Customer Service
In the 5 years I've been using Copy Junction services, I've never been unsatisfied, but this week, they exceeded expectation. At 4:00 PM on a weekday, I phoned them with an urgent print job. They let me know that they were unusually busy and they would try to get to the job. I emailed the files and stopped by the shop at 5:30 PM. The job was done! Thank you to Gordon and Robyn for getting this last minute request done even when you were so busy. Great job and I'm super appreciative.

After one visit, I've decided I will be shipping with them from now on. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They packed my goods and electronically filled out the shipping labels. Sure beats self-serve post office with the worker who has been hating his job for the last 30 years.

Nice convient little copy, shipping, and print shop they have full lines of services and exellent customer service from there employees. Go here alot to ship things buy stamps and what have you.

I had gone in there for a return of a switch game I bought on Amazon. A nice lady had helped me. The post office had directed me here telling me it wasn't UPS location. so I had asked the lady if I was in the correct spot showing her the email Amazon had sent me with the scan code for her to print a label the lady had said that no I wasn't in the right spot but she could help me.she directed me out of the email and into my Amazon account into my orders and we had tried to email the label to her so she can send out my return the label wasn't going through the email was just taking a while so she had to do it a different way I had to tinkle and felt I was rushing her I felt bad but she had kindly proceeded to do it a different way through Wi-Fi it was pretty cool through Wi-Fi she had printed the label off my phone it was pretty neat and was done in seconds she was so helpful and awesome I had to take the time to make this review! Sorry about the bad writing this thing is working really weird on my phone

I walked in to have some lamination done toward the end of closing time not only did they laminate my several small items, but they even cut the out! Wow. Now that is what I call above and beyond. Thank you so much! Repeat customer for sure.

Great personal service. Love that they can compare prices across shippers to determine most cost effective. Also love that they take and recycle all sorts of shipping materials.

The best place around to ship anything, or get your printing needs done! The customer service here is great! Something you can never find anymore sadly. I will go out of my way to go to this place to ship stuff!

I like this store so much, that I prefer going here instead of the local post office for all my national and international mailings. Super friendly and they go above and beyond in customer service..

Good place to get copies if you need them. Friendly service. I use them anytime I need character sheets for d&d or some other rpg. Prices are good as well. Get a lot of copies for little cash

I used the notary services here and sent the paperwork off at the same time! Without even having to write all the address information down.. very nice and helpful staff ..All completed on my lunch break! They can even screen print for you! Thanks copy junction!
