My son is a huge gamer and we have been going to the GameStop at Northtown mall in Spokane,Wa for a long long time. It is such a great store and they always treat us so well. Alex helped us today and he was fantastic very personable and very helpful. He was so nice and friendly to both us. Thank you Alex!!😁

Alex is amazing. Easy to talk to and EXTREMELY knowledgeable on any game we brought up. If you have any questions and want a straight shooter, this is your man.

Came in to ask about, a game that is coming out soon. Spoke with Alex about it and, now even more stoked for the game, and looking into a couple more games, because of his recommendations.

Great and knowledgeable on how to aquire vbucks on a console that stumped me haha. All around quick with answers and great customer service.

Customer service rep was excellent, i am mad i have now forgotten his name but the gentleman that helped me was knowledgable, friendly, and quick with helping customers. He was working alone in the morning and was able to process multiple customers at one time. He was professional and kind. He did have longer hair and an extensive knowledge of super smash bros if that helps.

Went in to buy a gift card, for my son for Christmas. The staff was very nice. The store was clean and tidy. And offered a mask to a customer who walked in without one.

The store is small but pretty diverse for selection. The associate was helpful and very safety minded. The associate had to ask patrons to wait outside until numbers were alleviated in store. Not easy to do! 😪

Great store, staff and management were definitely on top of things. Didn't have what I needed but directed me to the location that did AND I got a killer deal on my XBOX Elite 2 controller!
