They are very friendly and honest people. My husband and I took games in to sell and they were honest about their prices, even suggested where to take a game and console to try and sell because they weren't able to give me a better price then what the computer showed to them. Prices to buy games and gaming stuff aren't bad either.

Came in and spent about 30 minutes talking with Caleb about older games and systems. He really knows his stuff and is a great resource for gaming knowledge. Thanks for your time!

What a gem of a store! So many cool used games and other goodies, and the employee working there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The owner John is a great guy that does great business and gives fair prices on items I was selling him. His employees are nice to deal with also definitely will be a repeat customer and will send more business that way.

Very good prices overall, cheaper than eBay, GameStop, and DKOldies, had exactly what I was looking for, also a great place to trade in unwanted games, has much better trade-in prices than GameStop and DKOldies and you don’t have to deal with shipping and waiting a while like eBay and DKOldies.

Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They have an amazing selection, and very fair prices! We traded in an old console and a bunch of games for store credit and got more than I expected to get. I'll be returning. Gamestop sucks compared to this place!

This is by far the best gaming store I've ever been to. The manager (owner?) Is extremely helpful, knows his stuff and makes your stuff work again. All the employees are super cool and too easy to get chatting while the wife side eyes me. Thanks for everything!!!

They were so kind and helpful and even went out of their way to make sure that I got everything I wanted. I will definitely be shopping there again and will also be recommending them to everyone I see. The employees deserve a raise for their excellent service! My only regret is that I can’t give them a 10 star because they definitely deserve it!

I love stores such as this. Reminds me of being a kid before GameStop and EB games. This is one of the only places to get older games and consoles. Very reasonable pricing. They also have fun rare games items. Japanese vending machines. Fun game themes accessories. This place is like visiting a friends house who collects games and gaming memorabilia accept everything's for sale. Great little shop.

I've been to Game Swap several times and they've always been pleasant to me. They always answer my questions kindly and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and will not lead you wrong. If you're looking for a large selection of games and awesome service, I suggest you stop on by. And always feel free to ask them questions. I'm always glad I do.

Went in today to sale my Pokemon Yellow and Hello Neighbor game, there selection of games and pricing are amazing. Its a great place, fair on trades and cash. What a Great places.

Bought Mario Kart Wii, Game disc wasn’t working, Took the time to fix the issue for free. Great people
