I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews, and at majority of post offices. Everyone has different experiences, but mine personally when I went to ship my package, the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Also my package shipped fast and arrived ON TIME. No complications at all whatsoever, I will gladly leave a 5 star review, post offices don't get them enough.

Abraham and another clerk (lady in a gray cardigan) working on Saturday afternoon we're super helpful with shipping a large package internationally and were very patient and helpful with my international forms. The price of shipping was a bit high so look into flat rate boxes if you're shipping internationally. The hours are also great, and very helpful for us with busy work weeks. Overall great service, and I'd recommend visiting if you have to ship something on the weekends or would just like great service!

Extended hours are awesome! We sell our art online from home and find ourselves often needing to get orders out late and on the weekends, this location has been wonderful for that. Sometimes the line is long, but mostly im in and out in like 5 minutes. I've never been met by rudeness by staff like some claim, but I know how to weigh my packages and print out my own postage- this goes a long way when I show up with a dozen packages at a time ^_^ .

This review is to thank Juan for his help in finding and recovering my business's mail after the COVID19 shutdown. Juan was so kind and helpful, and he called our postman personally to have our mail redelivered. As far as the post office goes, I have only been there a few times, but when I have been there, the wait is not long, they have multiple people working the counter, and they are organized. Thank you!!!!

Never even heard of a full service post office with Sunday hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even have fans running overhead to make waiting in line more comfortable (appreciated since it is an older building, given Texas heat and humidity).

Best post office for the busy person who works all day and needs to handle post office needs at odd hours. Though it gets super busy at lunch time , I highly recommend to come after peak hours such as lunch or 5pm. And if you don't mind waiting in line, bring a friend to chat with as this will make the line experience more pleasant :) Most of all, I love that it's a full service one stop shop.

Roscoe is great! Even though it was kind of busy, he took time to calmly and respectfully deal with each customer. The best USPS worker I’ve encountered! Give that man a raise!

Paul who works in the evening at this location is a gem of a guy. He is calm, collected and courteous. Even though he works by himself with a line of customers staring at him, he still manages to work with such efficiency. Great job Paul! You have amazing work ethic!

Open until 10:00 PM!! What's to complain about??? Late with taxes, birthday/Christmas gifts? Guess what...Extra time guaranteed at this location!! And, the Airport Post Office will get it to your destination AT LEAST a day early! Why? Because all mail comes here first - that is, all mail that needs to get on a plane (Air Mail, Priority Mail, etc.). I've never had a problem here in 20 years. Open later - much later - and your stuff gets there faster...What's to complain about??? :-)

I love this place. I can't tell you how many times they have saved my butt during my career. If it absolutely has to go out, or be postmarked by a deadline, they are open until 9 or 10 most nights. 800-ask-usps can give the exact hours. Staff is efficient and polite.

I've used this facility to send heavy stuff to someone in MD;it was a good surprise to me when,two days later, I got a call from MD to confirm that they receive the packet!
