Chef's Bistro

Always a stop when my husband and I come to visit. Staff is wonderful the atmosphere is upbeat and hip. The food is always delicious. I love the location being so close to downtown we always are able to have a few of their amazing cocktails and walk back to our stay.

What a great addition to North Conway downtown.
Cool vibe in there, farm to table type menu with inventive offerings.
My friend had the burger with hand cut fries, well-made and she liked it.
I split with my friend the spinach salad with goat cheese etc, delicious marinade. And the lamb gyro, very tender and flavorful. It comes with slaw and a pickle, fries are am upcharge.
There were many options that sounded delicious to get next time so looking forward to our return.
Didn't have any cocktails as we were driving home.
Attentive and pleasant server as well.
Definitely don't miss this lovely restaurant .

Amazing food, so happy we tried this place! We got the lobster bisque, the apple cranberry salad with chicken, the chicken piccata (highly recommend getting this) and some carrot cake. Absolutely splendid!

Amazing menu options, something for everyone! Short walking distance from Conway Scenic Railroad. Maybe 4 minute walk total, with lots of cute shops to check out along the way. The lobster bisque was affordable, and had giant chunks of lobster! I was blown away!

Super accommodating! Both my partner and I enjoyed our meals and the service we received by the owner and our waiter. The owner came to our table to see how he could accommodate my vegetarian needs because I wanted the spaghetti with meatballs with Ricotta minus the meatballs. He inquired if I'd like portobello mushrooms 🍄 to replace the meatballs. Absolutely delicious!!! All the freshness of ingredients was enjoyed throughout the entire meal.

Been walking past Chef's Bistro for over three years. That will never happen again. The service and meals went hand in hand- they were both awesome. Whenever staying in North Conway, I will make it a point to always stop in to the Chef's Bistro for a bite to eat.

Went with energetic 2 year old and felt welcome by staff and other diners. We all shared the ramen- excellent! Though recommend leaving off jalapeño which was not authentic or contributing anything to the dish, a chili oil on the side would have been an awesome alternative.
The beef lettuce wraps were also delicious, the mustard was a bit overpowering to the point it was more of a hamburger lettuce wrap, I couldn’t notice the Korean marinade as much, which was what I’d really been looking forward to. Finally, we had the salmon with Brussels sprouts and rice, absolutely perfect, and served so hot we could still see the steam coming off till the last bite.
The menu overall is so appetizing, I’d love to keep going back and try everything, great selection, quality ingredients, timely and polite service, comfortable atmosphere.

Every visit is a delight, and Miranda's expertise with the menu, attentive yet unobtrusive service, and spot-on drink recommendations truly elevate the dining experience.

I really don’t know how to explain what I think of this place, every time we leave I think to myself “I can’t wait to come back to try something else on the menu” . Everything has so much flavor, and every item on the menu is so original, I’ve never seen anything like it! Be prepared to truly enjoy a meal to the point where it changes your entire weekend in North Conway, this place is down right amazing. Great job guys!

Nothing has changed, they’re still reinventing the relationship between me and my tastebuds and leaving me the Happiest man in North Conway, we use to come up here to ski, now we come up here to go to Chef’s Bistro

Food was amazing. Our waiter was awesome . The appetizers were amazing Duck wings the elote with the home chips and the meat plate with the cheeses The poutines money even if you were Canadian what a selection. Finished it off with a burger could not be happier when I go back it will be my first stop. Don’t forget the amazing beef jerk store directly next store .

The food was fantastic. I ordered the orange maple salmon and it was perfectly cooked. The Brussels sprouts that it came with was tasty. The rest of my party ordered the Apple Salad and Portabella mushroom sandwich and they were both well prepared. We had an appointment after dinner and they had our orders prepared quickly. Service was efficient and courteous. I feel bad for the owner of this place since the person who was in charge of the tables had no idea how to give estimates. They turned away a few customers claiming 1-2 hr wait yet when several customers finished their dinners at the same time, they were left with an empty restaurant. Definitely lost a few business that night.

We have eaten here many times and have not received a bad meal yet. We stopped by for lunch, I had the hummus wrap and spouse had the strawberry spinach salad that he said was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Such amazing food! Staff is awesome & atmosphere is great. Must stop when in the area!!!

Our party of 6 was told to come here by a local. Boy am I glad we did! Everything was just so delicious. The oysters were yummy, and went down smoothly. The drinks looked tasty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his vegan meatloaf. Their tuna dishes are mouthwatering! If you are around make sure you pop in, I promise it’s fantastic.

Out server, Nathan I think, was delightful. French onions soup was classic with a rich broth. Our steak frites delicious, perfectly cooked potatoes and a fresh salad - sized just right with homemade dressing. Creme Brule, yes please. Highly recommend.

This was our second time here and both time the food tasted amazing, we had a really good time. Every item has a little twist to it which makes it unique, we love it. It's definitely worth it to wait for a table if they are full. The atmosphere is nice, the servers are professional and friendly.

I never write reviews but this place deserves it. Delicious. Fresh. Unique. Quality. The drinks are superb. The staff is friendly. The food has layers of flavor. Anyone that gives extra pickles deserves 5 stars! Seriously, great experience. Highly recommend. Will be coming back when we visit again.

Chef's Bistro was probably the best meal we had this weekend on our ski trip get away to North Concor, NH. Why ? Well from the moment we step to the restaurant everyone was super friendly and warm. The waiters was super friendly and she knew the menu very well. She told us about the specials and welcome us. We had soups to start and it was homemade with fresh and tender vegetables. For diner I had the vegetarian meatloaf and my girlfriend the sole grill fish. The food was made with pride and served with kindness. I'm not a dessert person but my girlfriend is, so we try the Chocolate carot cake. It was by far the best cake I ever had. It was not super sweet and overwhelming with flavor like usual desserts are , this one was light and smooth and delicious. We definitely coming back for more.
