We had a couple of projects that we needed supplies for and we stopped at Michael's to see if they had what we needed.

After a couple minutes, we were able to find exactly what we needed.

Wish that they had more coupons available as nobody likes to pay full price on items

The store was clean and well organized. We did not see any stores associates until we checked out.

Very nice and clean store. I say this because some craft places look like a preschool playroom, where everything is all over the place.
This place had everything neatly put where it was supposed to be. Even the clearance items were in order.

My go to store for all my craft and floral needs, especially when having sale. You can also earn rewards. They have great selection.

I have to admit I don't usually go to this store, just because I don't intentionally go out looking for"craft" items. But when I went I actually took time looked around and realized this sure was so much more than just that. It had ALLOT of items I needed and wanted for gifts, home decor and more. Plus the cashier that j helped us was SO SWEET!!!

Went in with a list for college supplies, not really knowing what i needed, and an employee helped me find everything. Very nice and knowledgable with excellent customer service. Very clean and organized store.

Quality custom picture frames. Even though a little expensive, turned out better than I was expecting!

You're Michaels store 9947 in Jackson was great. The salesperson Nina was very helpful because I went in to use the ups service. With no barcode reader from your phone, this was what I was shipping was not possible. So Nina gave me directions patiently to the other side of town to the UPS center. She was very helpful and gave me the senior discount when it came for me buying a few items from the store. Really disappointed in UPS marketing for NOT letting customers know ( I used Google) about 2- of 3 locations in Jackson, Mi. NOT having this Computer program to read bar code from phone. Nina#1 in my book.

I was here Christmas Eve and had the best experience. I have always loved coming to shop here. Wonderful customer service from Karrah at the check out. She was so sweet and very helpful when I was purchasing my shadow box frames. She definitely deserves a raise, what a great employee! Very lucky to have her as a part of your team.

We had an interaction with a very helpful and patient employee. She answered all of our questions even though they were busy and there were others waiting to check out. We will definitely be back.

I shop Michael's for ALL my crafty needs. They always have what I'm looking for & at a great price. Just bought more paint (sale of $0.80 per bottle) & canvases were 70% off...couldn't beat that & bought 5 of those. I could spend All Day in this store. Michael's is to me what Target is to other women...lol

One of my favorite stores!! If you are into any type of arts and crafts this is the store for you! From scrapbooking, picture frames, shirt making, jewelry making, kids activity sets, faux flowers, drawing supplies, diamond painting kits, to the storage bins to hold all this stuff. They literally have it all!!! Prices are on the high side on some items but you really do get what you pay for. It's all great quality products!!!

My favorite store for so many types of crafts, home decor, baking supplies, frames and more. Staff at this location are always friendly and helpful, inventory is good, seasonal items are so interesting and online coupons make everything even more affordable! The variety of their selection is the best in town. Love this place!

One - pretty amused that when I googled Michaels Jackson, pictures of the singer came up.
Two - I’m not sure who the woman was working the front tonight but I am very appreciative. I was just doing a UPS drop off. Which I had dropped off at another location the other day and it came back to my house! And after a impressively stressful day, that was the last thing I wanted to see. I went to Michaels to try again. This woman working probably thinks she didn’t do much for me. But her kindness and helpfulness (she even sent me a confirmation email that my shipment went through) seriously made such a difference in my horrible day. Thank you so much.
