I can't say enough good things about Mike and the crew at Big Frank's. The job they did on my lt25 Gheenoe was beyond steller. They don't know the phrase "we can't do that". They worked hard at giving me everything I wanted. Even though they never did some of what I requested before. Communication was great with the crew! Video calls showing me progess was such a relief. Thanks again for all the hard work, I couldn't be happier with this rig!

I highly recommend Big Frank's Outdoors. As a first time boat buyer the Hog Island Skiff was more than I could ask for. There were many issues with the financing of this boat on my end and Kim from BFO was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Even after the purchase they have been helpful with any issue that I have had. I plan on bringing the boat back to BFO for some more custom add-ons they offer. Once again, Thank you to Big Frank's Outdoors. Can't wait to enjoy this boat for years to come.

I travelled from FL to GA to pick up a skiff rigged by their professionals and found their work outstanding. They all welcomed me with smiles. Kip and Mike walked me through the boat and Dee made sure we got all of the paperwork right. She made sure I had all of the manuals, keys, remotes, etc. before I headed home.

The entire delivery process was very thorough, just a little over an hour (efficient)and I was back on the road to FL.

I wrote Frank to thank him and compliment his team on Sunday and his thank you was back to within an hour. If you are looking for a dealer for your adventure needs who you can trust and who will treat you right, I highly recommend Big Frank's Outdoors!

I purchased an Ultralight Crescent Kayak a few months ago. Frank and Kim made the purchase easy and seamless! Due to COVID, there was a delay and they kept me updated about the delivery. They were easy to communicate with through email and text. Kim was pleasant with a smile when I arrived to pick it up and someone loaded my new boat on my new kayak rack with expertise (with secure knots!!). I felt 100% satisfied about the whole experience. Where do I start! My experience with BFO started back in 2017 while looking for a small skiff to fit into my garage. Frank, the owner of BFO, immediately contact me and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. From taking my old boat in for the trade to making sure the new skiff fit into my garage, it fit like a glove! Years later, based on this excellent experience, I again contacted BFO for a new and larger skiff and of course experienced the same courtesy, timely response, and attention to detail. This time the experience was that much better, thanks to Kim, who made sure everything moved forward with minimal hiccups. She always, always, goes above and beyond to make sure the process runs smoothly! I am from the northeast and have numerous boat dealers between here and Tennessee! I could shop and purchase a boat anywhere I choose but BFO’s customer service and their attention to detail cannot be beat! Just purchased a Gheenoe LT 25 from Big Frank. Outstanding service and great experience buying from them. Frank spent about 2 weeks of his time helping me build an awesome boat for a great price. BFO is a family ran business that cares about customer satisfaction and putting quality, affordable boats in the hands of his customers. Wouldn’t have done it any other way!

Great customer service. I ordered a skimmer skiff and then Big Frank’s rigged it for me and delivered it. I can’t remember the mans name who rigged it, but he did an excellent job and answered questions for me once it was delivered. Dee was very professional as well and answered all my questions before having it shipped. Very well run business.

Kim and Hadley were amazing to work with they had exactly what we were looking for and made it so easy to purchase online and pick it up. We purchased a Crescent Crew kayak in Aqua. I am so glad we chose to purchase from them and will be going back soon to purchase a Crescent CK1 Venture or lite tackle. I highly recommend them. Also, Cooper and Gizzy are precious.

I wish Big Franks Outdoors wasn't 7 hours away, but it was worth the trip for amazingly low prices and great service. Frank stocks great brands that dealers in NC do not stock. I got a Billfish 14 motorboat, a Tohatsu 9.8 engine, a custom tiller extension, and an Orca cooler. The boat performs wonderfully with the 9.8. It planes with 1/4 throttle and barely sips any fuel. The cooler makes a great seat that I can move in the cockpit to adjust weight distribution to get the trim I want. The hull construction is rock solid with no wood to rot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you live near Big Franks Outdoors, you are lucky! If you live far away like I do, it is worth the trip!
