Einstein Bros. Bagels

I’ve had great experiences with this store in the past. If there’s been delays in getting my food out, they’ve proactively offered compensation for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that. I will say that the drive thru line can get quite long at times, depending on when you go but the staff tries hard. I only wish they were open later in the day so I could enjoy them for a late lunch.

Came in shortly before closing, I was assisted by Almeda and Maddie and they were not only both the sweetest people, but also some of the most helpful i’ve seen in the fast food industry. I dropped my bagel in their lobby and not only did they remake it, but they also gave me 4 ON THE HOUSE because they were closing. This is a wonderful location, thank you for improving a potentially bad day truly

I ordered Doordash for 2 12 dozen boxes with some spreads. However, the dasher only brought the spreads. Bruh. 🤦🏾‍♀ I called this location and the woman on the phone told that the dasher left without the bagels even though they told him to hold on! The woman on the phone actually sent a delivery person from that location to my house! My whole family was waiting to eat, as we had just said our goodbyes to my uncle who passed away a couple of hours ago! Thank you Almeta and team for helping feed my family! Knowing there's still people who care enough to make sure my family gets fed and taken care of....gets 5 stars from me! Blessings to this location and their staff members! ❤

Hi, I’ve been working at this Einstein bros location since January 2023, I’ve been here the longest out of all the employees that are still here. Personally, I love working here. The work is relatively slow, and since the location closes at 2, I get the rest of the day to myself. The managers are chill, and the work environment here is rather quiet. Not a lot of stress. It’s a Good Choice for a part time or full time job.

A couple weeks ago I came in with my 3 boys. We had just finished our morning hike and the younger two were being hyper cause we were all pretty hungry. Marissa helped us and she stayed attentive and friendly through our whole visit, despite having to deal with my 3 sons who were jumping around and screaming. We had no issues with our order and the food was great, as per usual.

Me and my friends love coming to Einstein's so much! The bagels are always so yummy and very fast service.

Susan the manager is the best. She is super friendly and happy and nice and it makes you feel the same way. This is my favorite location because of her and the staff. Grab your bagels and coffee here. You won’t regret it.

I order from this Einstein’s 3 times a week and the service is fast and the food is always delicious. Love this place

I arrived near closing time and so bagel variety was limited.

Maddie Almeda put bagels in the oven for me so I could have a fresh batch before they closed up for the day.

Definitely had an amazing experience here, almeda was so welcoming and very nice. She even suggested a menu item as it took me a good minute to figure out what I wanted, the bagel was warm and flavorful. Will be coming back again!!

Stopped by while visiting family and it was AMAZING.
Almeda was especially nice along with the other staff that was in at the time. I wish we had these back home!!

Almeda and Austin are amazing. I’m not a big breakfast guy and they helped me figure out what to get and it was amazing. Thanks to the GM Susan as well. Very knowledgeable and sweet!

Amazing sandwiches, really good coffee too, Aimeda was so nice and helpful. It was our first time in and she helped us out! She deserves a raise!!

Went to Einstein today, enjoyed that I was greeted and asked about my day. Thanks Almeda for making sure customers were coming and going happy. Not a lot of places today are like that.

I've been to this location probably 6 times in the past 2 months. I live in Idaho but come down to Herriman once a month and am SO excited this location opened! The staff here are so GENUINELY friendly, the food is delicious, and the one time there was a. Minor mistake they not only remade my bagel but gave me a discount on my next visit, which they absolutely did not need to do. Their customer service skills are beyond incredible and the store is always super clean! I've been in when they're swamped and when it was quiet, and the service and quality were always consistent. I love you guys!

The place was great along with the food but what really made it worth going there was one of there employees this girl named Marissa, really great work ethic!

I was there last Saturday and Almeda and Austin in drive thru made our experience amazing! Very friendly and made us feel welcomed and not rushed! Definitely my go to!!

I have so much to say, but I will keep it down to a minimum. I don’t post reviews because I feel it never gets heard.. but almeda is one of the most happiest, sweetest and caring person at the Einstein store in herriman. She brings a light to that place I have never seen and I will definitely keep going back to be helped by her, she even double checks the order if you had an issue before just to make sure it’s right the second time around! Definitely will be doing more business here.
