Tomlin Heating and Air

Hello. Tomlin Heating and Air recently came out to replace my AC unit at my apartment. Nate (Tomlin) was really amazing. It was a difficult installation (due to a several issues at my apartment) but he stuck with the job. He was very courteous and explained several items to me during the replacement. He double checked and triple checked both the outside and inside units prior to leaving. He even helped me with adjusting the air vents to make sure the air distribution would be correct for my rooms.
Knowledge and customer service are key. I recommend Nate (Tomlin Heating and Air) wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Nate was very professional; very efficient and just all around excellent. My AC went out last night and I contacted Tomlin Heating and Air this morning explaining my issue with my AC. Nate listened very carefully to my concerns and advised me he would be Today to take a look. Not only did Nate take a look but he fixed my issue as well. Please, understand Tomlin Heating and Air is the absolute best Heating and Cooling Company ,thus far. My air conditioning unit had gone out and I had several “Big Box” companies to come out for an estimate on replacement. I became totally discouraged because of their up selling prices. To no prevail, I came across Tomlin Heating and Air! Nate came out with the most calming and upbeat personality that put me at ease. He assessed the problem and visually showed me the issue without me having to ask. He gave me several options on repairing or replacing the air conditioning unit. The quote for a new unit with a 10 year warranty was so reasonable, that I got a new unit! Nate genuinely cared and that’s hard to find in today’s society. Nate, thanks for caring and making things better in the midst of my storm. He most definitely will be installing units for my rentals. Thanks a million times!

Nate, fast efficient and professional. My unit had a bad capacitor preventing it from turning on. He automatically knew the issue and got on it immediately. Good guy. Be Blessed.

Nate is awesome! I noticed I had no heat in 20 degree weather and reached out to him, he advised me that he had a pretty heavy work load but instead he came right away giving that it was freezing cold with me and my 2 kids in my home. Also great customer service!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!!!!!

We didn't have heat last week. Even though each appointment was after 5:45 pm. Nate was very kind and came out and got the job done. I wasn't upset that it took a couple days he did communicate with me about the parts and let me no what he was doing and what else need to be done. Service was excellent. Thank you so much. Furnace is working.

I can’t thank Tomlinson Heating and Air enough for getting my mother’s heat working for her. After many failed attempts to have heat working from various places, Tomlin’s came in and got it working on the spot! My mother so grateful every time she hears her heat kick on! I would give Nate 10 stars if I could. Nate came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and worked quickly with our landlord to resolve the issue.
He spent the day replacing our furnace and now our air is working perfectly.
Nate was very professional, he cleaned up the area when he was done working and explained what he had done and answered all of our questions.

Extremely happy with the service we received. We had a full system install done and we were impressed with how fast, professional, and efficiently it was done. I'd rate this company 6 stars if I could! I had an emergency with my mobile kitchen and was disappointed when not 1 but 2 companies couldn't solve the problem. Mr. Nate was so kind, professional, & patient. We had 7 previous visits between 2 other companies & no one could figure out what was wrong with our furnace. Mr. Nate came in & was very attentive & understanding & figured it out. He repaired the furnace & checked the next morning to make sure everything was still working fine.
