My husband died after 21 days in the hospital. Not only did Kym answer my call personally, on a Saturday afternoon when I called to make arrangements for him to be brought home from Montgomery, she assured me that they would take care of everything and just come in when I could to make the arrangements. They never let us down. They made everything as easy as it could possibly be for my family and I. Even their wonderful Linda helping me with the insurance account and faxing the paperwork for me so I didn’t have to drive across town. It’s things like that that make all of the difference.

Keahey took amazing care of my family after my granny passed. They went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was exactly the way we wanted it. Her memorial was small and intimate and included all of our wishes exactly as we had asked. I could not be more pleased with the compassion shown and their abilities to make everything happen as you request. Thank you so much for making her memorial the perfect way to honor her memory. We will forever be grateful.

Just wrote Randy and Kym yesterday to thank them for all of their help and guidance during the process of planning services for my grandmother. I had never planned a service before and they and Amy were so informative and patient with me! Kym wrote a precious prayer that she read at the visitation. Because of their help, I was able to plan services completely from another state and I am very grateful for that. I arrived the day before the services and everything was taken care of.

I met with Randy Keahey this morning at Bethany Baptist Church to discuss my final plans. This man is the kindest, most caring and patient person I have ever met. His southern politeness, calming ways and professionalism made our meeting a breeze. Randy worked with me until I was truly satisfied with all aspects of my plans. It was important to him that I was happy with the outcome of our meeting! Praise God for this man, please keep him safe and well. Anen

Even through the hard time we was going through, Mr. Randy & Mrs. Amy was beyond patient, caring, & most importantly loving. They made sure to answer every question we had about every single part of it. Even while making sure they were doing their job , & getting everything they needed, they always made sure we was okay mentally. We was never rushed, we was never pushed to do anything we didn’t want. They made everything absolutely perfect.. I couldn’t thank either one of them enough for everything the done for me & my family. ❤

Keahey is who we used for my mama and brother and kym was the most loving and selfless person in the world. She was so comforting. Thank you!

Mr Randy has been an excellent serviceman but has dropped the ball in my opinion. It’s been over a year and the closest we got to getting a headstone was a picture of how it would look. Promises were made and we get avoidance at every turn. Please don’t use Keahey to place your loved ones at all if possible. My bothers email for the newspaper was not done correctly. My first sign. After I sent my address for a month ago, I get a text on my husbands phone for my address again to send a letter of material shortage for his headstone. They are just a number to you, but to the people left behind they were somebody and we can’t even grieve them correctly.

My father's VA headstone has yet to be put up. They guaranteed that it would be put up as soon as it was delivered 7, almost 8 months after his funeral and 5 months after delivery by the VA it wasn't put up. Come to find out it his name was misspelled on the headstone. Did they tell us this nope I found out when I called the VA to find out when the headstone was delivered. My family reordered and again Keahey promised it would be put up when redelivered. A year later and still no headstone. Almost two years later and my dad's grave is not marked. Great customer service, they never call you back and always tell you were getting to it when you finally corner the owner at the hospital. I guess honorable service to your country means nothing. Maybe they will get back to us with a one star review.

Nothing but a nightmare as if this devastating time wouldn't be bad enough! From misplacing ashes, to placing monument in wrong spot, to not sending insurance company proper paperwork! Now they are telling my siblings conflicting stories about what paperwork is missing.

My father-in-law passed 9 months ago and the headstones are still incorrect and cracked. Mr. Randy talks a good game but no follow through. Then he puts someone else’s stone on the site. He is not a man of his word. I feel all he wants is the money!

Is there even an option for negative stars? They sold my grandmother a used veterans headstone.
