I have found my go to hardware store !! I was working on my a/c unit when I noticed i had bought the wrong bearing spyders , so I wet to exchange them where I bought them to find out that they closed before 7 when they say they are open till 7. So its like 6:47pm I call McCoy's Nd and explain my situation Mr Soto helped me out with no problem and waited for me till I got there wow!! And the price was way cheaper than what I payed somewhere else!! Thanks guys !! Awesome service!!

This place is more of an ace hardware sort of building supply. The parts and pieces are all there for you to browse. The staff is friendly and professional and I was asked no less than 5 times in my 30 minutes there if I needed any help. The prices are comparable to Lowe's and home Depot without all of the brand clutter. I will be returning. Thanks

These people are great. Not only do they have a decent selection for a variety of products(they have a few items I couldnt find at the bigger home improvement stores), they also have excellent customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The service alone is worth all 5 stars. But, in addition to all of that, I want to express my gratitude to the staff for being very understanding and compassionate people because today myself and my 2 year old son stopped by to pick up a couple of things and my little one had a full blown toddler meltdown inside and outside the store and at no point during this 20-30 minute screaming kicking tantrum did anyone hint that I needed to take him outside to calm down nor did I get any dirty looks(the ones you get when u have a screaming kid in a store ). I apologized for the scene and was about to leave and the lady in front told me I had nothing to apologize for and that she understood and he was fine. At one point I just sat down on the floor with my son in one of the isles and held him trying to calm him down just enuf to grab what I came for so we could leave and 10-15 minutes later calm was not what was happening. Finally he did calm down and I got what I went for and paid and they were so nice and talked to my little one and me for a minute as we checked out and as I was leaving one of the gentlemen there that works there walked me out and carried the couple of things I bought out to the car for me. It's kind people like this that bring that extra special something to a business. So if I could give McCoy's more than 5 stars then I for sure would. Would definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What an awesome experience!

Went to McCoys with no clue what I was looking for. Mr Doug Danner greeted me as I walked in and walked me to what I was needing, some electrical spacers. I was in and out in a few minutes and picked up a few items while headed to the register. What a great experience! I will definitely go back!

I have done my business with this store for several years and buy all my materials there. I can’t express enough of all their employees kindness,professionalism and helpfulness. The management is outstanding and always provide great service! Great job everyone!!

I have frequently gone in to McCoy's Bulding Supply on Gateway S. when I can't find what I need in other stores. Everytime I've visited this store it is clean, organized, well stocked, and the employees are very knowledgeable, polite, willing to help, but above all this, they all have GREAT people skills. Which I feel is a direct reflection of the manager, who is very involved in all aspects of the store's functions, (multitasking). For all your residential and commercial project visit this store.

Very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking and the products you need at an affordable price. Do not forget to stop here FIRST! I've found the products I need at the price I prefer IN STOCK, unlike their larger competitors

I just spent an hour at Lowe's getting help from nobody, only to find that the item I needed and every variation of it, is out of stock. Total waste of my time. I walk into McCoy's and I'm greeted within 10 seconds and with help I find the item and out the door in literally 2 minutes. Also the hardware was neatly organized and easy to look through. Lowe's was a scattered mess. I'm coming here first every time from now on. Metric screws are hard to find but McCoy's has an S-ton.

I have forgotten how much I liked this place. Went to cut some.wood at lowes and it was cut an inch too short. I went to mcoys, the place was clean, friendly and had more things than I remembered. The manager gave me a discount on an item because it was priced incorrectly. Alex, the serviceman that cut my wood was super friendly!!! Felt like a number at lowes. I'll be here for my hime renovations from now on. Thanks guys

Love this store in and out not like lowes here they are ready to help you Lowes you ask for help they hide. Or never show up is not my department they said. McCoys is 100% lot better.

Initially, yesterday, 10/15/2018, I went to Lowe's in search of a certain type of toilet flapper and a roll of a vinyl type of mesh to repair damage to my sister's roof. Unfortunately, Lowe's did not have either one of the two items in stock. I then went to McCoys and was asked if I needed assistance. The young lady escorted me to each of the two items I was looking for. Also, at Lowe's it is difficult finding someone for assistance. Thank you so much.

I love it! I got my buckets they have curbside service They're really going out of their way to make sure that everyone is safe during this weird time we are in.

I love McCoys! Its so much better than Lowes. I can always get help if I need it. Only go here if possible!!
