Ohio Travel Bag

I’ve been ordering with Ohio Travel Bags for over a year now, and they couldn’t be more accommodating. I’m fortunate enough to live somewhat near to their location and am always able to do same day pickup. Just today I noticed an error in my order and they immediately offered to ship me the correct hardware at no cost. Their selection is broad and of much higher quality than anything I’ve found at area retail stores. They are an excellent company and I intend to continue doing business with them.

I LOVE this vendor! The customer service is great; everyone knows the products and is very helpful. The shipping is really fast too.

They sent me the wrong item reached out to me and let me know they resent the item asap. Got it and it works great. Now I’m just waiting on another order that was ordered before the first mishap that they managed to deliver twice before this one arrives

I am so disappointed in Ohio Travel bag, quite a few years ago,and I am still mad, I was messed over by 2 other companies then worked so hard with Ohio travel bag to have samples sent, we specifically had contract for samples to be sent I was so excited to have a company to help me, so I could start my buisness again with the part I needed, and they did not take care of me or fallow threw with there contract at all, then when called they had the whole order made with out sending me one just 1 sample then made me out to be the bad guy, the clips were no good even though I bought most but, can not be used. Was red money becouse of OHIO TRAVEL BAG. The company they had would not make my order again, even though I paid my end, then wanted me to sign with a new company, new contract more money FOR SAME PART, when they never filled the last contract, I gave up my buisness, gave up my idea to have a school to help young kids. And just stayed working knowing no one will help. Not Ohio travel bag buisness end, they just want money and a signed contract, not the promises of FILLING the contract they stand behind or care to fill them, they care only about the big buisness, not the struggling small buisness's or the little people who are there buyers.. Do Not trust that this is a good buisness that holds to there contracts.. I Say they only push signatures if you want a contract, fill it before you push another contract with your big Atterney''s and judges,and your I don't have to treat you right additude..
