Having to move our whole house of items somewhere before we sign for our new house was much less stressful thanks to East Lake Storage! We had to declutter FAST to be able to show our house -- and were able to start moving our things at the click of a button with the option to rent online versus waiting until regular business hours. The place is super secure with the locked (motorized) gates, and a lock is provided for your use. The unit was also really clean, which was appreciated when filling the space with our possessions. Highly recommend!

I rented an outdoor storage space and was happy with the availability and the ease of reserving and moving in. The lot was always accessible and there were no obstacles to accessing my space. Management was quick to answer questions even over the weekend. I highly recommend this stage company.

East Lake Self Storage has outstanding customer service. We found ourselves needing a storage unit very last minute. Thankfully, we were able to get it within an hour. The process was easy. The unit was well lit and clean. Check out process was also smooth - they handled the billing perfectly. We would use them again!

Got a clean rental space for storage of our extra vehicle for the winter months. All interactions were timely and worked for our needs. Will look for another rental if needed with East Lake Self Storage.

Both Paul and Chris were friendly and easy to deal with. Even during a busy moving season they were able to accommodate my needs in a pinch! Will definitely rent from here again if the need comes up!!

Very polite easy accessible Easily available for contact with any questions or any problems automaticates with passcode to get in and an automatic gate to get out which makes it really nice for access Brand new storage units multiple sizes electricity on site the onsite security cameras throughout the whole facility w 24 hr surveillance system. Overall very satisfied with the whole operation and professionalism
