Packed, didn't have the phone case I needed, for my s21+ which I mean cmon your a cellphone provider outlet, at least carry some of the top phones especially when the phone is about $900 one would think t mobile should henge at least a case for the thing,

I've been a customer ever since t-mobile started, never had any problems or real issues the staff are very good with you and try to get you in and out as fast as they can. So I must say that this store is one of the best in town and staff is very friendly and polite.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the manager Stephanie, she really helped me with my new S9. I love this location and they have an excellent choice of Smart phones and accessories. If u have good credit ,you can even walk out the door with payments. Really good cell phone service as well

Went into a T-Mobile store bc having trouble with phone. The person working there fixed the problem very quickly.

My experience was excellent. Serena the store manager of T-Mobile was very professional and very helpful and explain everything where we can understand. I would strongly recommend coming to this T-Mobile store on Alameda next to H-E-B.

Dylan C. was a calm, patient professional, he stayed on the phone for an hour with customer service to help us, we had already went to three other stores and they were no help at all. Dylan C. should be promoted for his dedication to customer care and satisfaction.

Went to the T-Mobile on Alameda. I received excellent customer service from Daniel. Unfortunately they did not have the phone that I was looking for, So Daniel went over and Beyond and trying to locate a phone for me.

Walmart nor H-E-B can even touch the service I receive at T-Mobile under Mr Dylan's command. They all are so pleasant when I walk in there sometimes I just stop to say hi. My prayers are that each one of you received tons of blessings this year.

Only the one at Airline and SPID are the best. Bad customer service on Alameda. Sorry

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have had many excellent experiences with reps at this location. It may depend on who you get - luck of the draw. So far all good for me.

I switched from AT&T, and the person that helped me do all this without a hassle was Danny. He is a great employee and I got my number transfer to t-mobile got a great plan and great service!

my t-mobile is great! they (this location) have always treated me beyond great. would recommend anyone going 2 any other location try them out.
