Eli (sp?) took very good care of me today. She noticed the COD was a little cold so she brewed a fresh batch and upsized my drink for the inconvenience. She was very apologetic for the wait. Excellent customer service!

All of the staff at this location are extremely nice and put a lot of care into their work and it shows. I regularly stop by for a drink, snack, and nice conversation. I also get pretty complicated drinks every time I go and they always make sure I'm happy with it. (Which I am!) With this location not having a drive thru I recommend coming here if you're looking for a nice chill environment to study or work in. If you're in a hurry and just want a simple coffee, maybe stop by a store with a drive thru, or buy a bag of their beans and make your own cup at home! Keep it up guys, you're doing great.

I spilled a hot drink, Jacob and Taylor helped me in no more than 15 seconds and got the mess completely cleaned up in a polite, meaningful matter. Not only this, but they remade the drink for free. 10/10 service.

This starBucks is good and have large place inside.
I see other customers are working busy in their laptops. Internet connection is good. THANKS to Starbucks for providing Best coffee and internet services. Personally I like the internet quality and speed at STARBUCKS.

I got an ICED, oat milk, toffee nut latte. DELICIOUS!!! And some yummy treats for the fam. This is my favorite location. The staff are always so nice.

I doordashed an order the other day, the drink was made wrong by mistake.

I ordered thru doordash again as I regularly do and called the store to explain the situation and request to make sure it is made properly thus time.

I spoke with a batista named Lexi, she listened intently, made the drink herself and sent it with a little note to make sure it came correctly.

I applaud her for that and wish I had the option to tip her as well.

I want to compliment an employee, and I hope this is seen by his leadership. His name is Red.

I just spent an hour working at a table. Becuase of my years of customer service, it is inate for me to watch how the staff interacts with customers. I also know how vital it is for an establishment to flouish, to have "good" staff.

Sitting at my table I could not hear words of conversations, yet body language communicates more clearly then words. Red was kind, attentive, and honestly willing to "serve" his customers. I was genuinely grateful for his presence in taking my order and answering questions about the app, and I saw gratitude on others who he served.

Sadly, in today's world it is hard to find a young person who is willing to give so much to his customers. Red is a great asset to this establishment!!!! Thank you Red, for who you are and how to treat others. I truly wish the best for you in this place and years to come!

Was super impressed by the amazing and friendly staff! My drink was amazing. I’m a partner for Starbucks as well and I stopped here on my
way home to Texas and it felt like a nice familiar piece of home! Was 100% worth a little detour off the highway :D

I always love the Double Chocolate Chips Frappe here. With a perfect mix of sweetness overload.
In the other side, I really appropriate the good gesture of the cashier telling one customer who's not wearing a mask to wear one. It's make me comfortable being in an area where people respects the CDC guidelines. A mask is a must now our new normal.

LOVE this location. Hands down excellent service & coffee. I am always greeted when walking in and leaving which makes ALL the difference. It's the little things that make my experience(s) memorable. I go to this location roughly 3 times a week and will continue.

We stopped for a quick chai tea latte and egg bites on our roadtrip north, and they just hit the spot. Everything was nice and clean and the workers were super friendly. Recommended. Thanks.

This is my favorite Starbucks! Service is nearly always quick and accurate unlike other locations. It does not have a drive-thru which I think is one of the issues that really slows down service and causes inaccuracies. Staff is super friendly and well-trained.

Nice, big open space. Baristas were helpful and got my order right. Got a grande cascara cold foam cold brew -- my go-to summer drink. This store is a couple miles from I-35 but it's worth the stop if you're passing through.

This is a great location to go to. I actually pass 3 other locations to go here every morning. The service is quick and great, the employees are upbeat and personable and remember their regulars, and the drinks are fantastic every time.

The inside is back open for business.very neat and clean. Everyone was so nice and there was no wait. This is an awesome store and I highly recommend coming her. The coffee and food was great as always.

Nice servers. Great drinks. Nice music, good acoustics, Reggae tunes. Atmosphere nice. Several seating situations accommodates singles and small groups. Glad we stopped in.

Of all the Starbucks establishments I've been to across the US (which is a lot) this is by far the best one with the nicest baristas and the most inviting and comfortable environment. I would recommend coming here if you're in the area because each visit is a pleasure.

Tried a new drink. Didn't enjoy it. Asked for my usual instead. The staff was so gracious. They didn't send put out and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I appreciate it that attitude and their help so much.
