Saki Sushi Bar

I had a fantastic time at Saki Sushi Bar! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the presentation, especially the Saki Boat, was impressive. The owner's hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience. I even received a complimentary Saki, which was a lovely touch. Definitely a must-visit for sushi lovers!

This is hand down one rare gem place for Sushi!! Try out their Christmas Grenade roll and FireCracker roll!! Soooo good. Fresh, spicy, crunchy and well presented too a bonus. Service/ waitress was super friendly and helpful. She helped me pick up which Rolls from my taste buds. New favorite sushi place.

Had to return the following week to eat and try different rolls! Crab Rangoon app was tasty thinly rolled crispy with great crab and cheese flavor, tried their Love at First bite roll. Pictures added

Swung by this Sushi spot to change up from my regular locations. First off the gentleman was super friendly and welcoming

There was no one else in the restaurant so we got his full attention. Mind you it was 4:45pm on a Monday but an empty restaurant never deters me.

We started with Crab Rangoons and they were delicious and fresh and very hot

We decided to try out 3 Rolls:

🐟 Crunchy Salmon (Right)
Was delicious, felt it lacked that much needed crunch but the juicy ness and flavor of the salmon came across strong and the nice lemon 🍋 zest on top was a great compliment to all the fish

🏔 Mt Fuji (Middle)
I was excited for this roll, it did not miss, it has a wonderful crunch with the tempura, and delicious and fresh toppings.

🍣 Omega 3 (left)
Omega took the win with the combination of fish and the avocado and crunch of the cucumber 🤤 it had a wonderful spice that packed such flavor and the juicy ness of the fish was incredible. I highly recommend this roll 👍👍

Overall the experience was pleasant, comforting music, has almost cozy coffee house vibes but has such a clean feel. Also love the mason jars for drinks and high quality chopsticks 🥢

We tried almost everything on the menu and loved all of the dishes. We had the dynamite mussels, edamame with garlic sauce, fried calamari, gyoza, green lizard roll, crunchy salmon, payday, rattlesnake, seaweed salad and octopus salad. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service was excellent.

This place looks horrible on the outside. Makes you think it's a craphole. But it's very nice on the inside.

Food was great. Not sure why it wasn't packed out in there except maybe the outside scared people off.

Server was the best. She was from Bolivia working in a Japanese restaurant which I found funny but she was great.

I ate at Saki for the first time today. It is really a special place. It looks fantastic, and the sashimi was fresh and delicious. The presentation was spectacular too. I highly recommend eating here.

Went in for late lunch. One of the best crab rangoons I’ve had. Sashimi was fresh and the hamachi Kama was well cooked. Pork Katsu was presented differently from what I’m used to but tasted good. Would have preferred sauce on side so will ask for that next time. Server was attentive and friendly. Will come back again.

I have eaten a lot of sushi and this is the best I have ever had. Absolutely amazing. Best is OKC Metro!

Firecracker and Green Lizard were so good. Never had a bad meal here and the service is always excellent. The kids meals are an excellent value and the drink list is great!

Loved our waiter! I didn't get his name but he was absolutely GREAT!! Had a great time! Would do it again for sure!!! We had the Tapenyakki and drinks for 2! If you don't know.. Now you know!!

Everything was awesome! Also everyone was very friendly! The Sashimi was served on ice and stayed cold and tasted very fresh! Really enjoyed the atmosphere! The service far exceeds what we paid for! Coming back forsure!

Excellent food and service. Nice place to stop in while I wait to pick up the kid's pizza next door. I could easily enjoy a cold Sapporo and some sushi, or maybe just an appetizer like the takoyaki. The seaweed salad is a fast and healthy option that tastes great. Its been good every time I've had the pleasure of a short visit here, and even better when I've been fortunate enough to share a longer visit with family. The atmosphere has ranged from lively to quiet and peaceful, and the decor is beautiful.

The atmosphere is great and the sushi is even better. They also arrange the plates beautifully. One thing I will say- they have a sushi roll on the menu that has cilantro in it, and while I love cilantro it completely overpowers and about ruins the rest of the roll. The Crab Rangoon rolls are good considering they aren't the disgustingly sweet kind you can get at some places, but they are a little greasy.

Wonderful. Me and my coworkers went there and had an awesome time.

Our secret spot! The service is always welcoming and attentive. The chef's creations are delicious and unique art. We have tried so many items and have never been disappointed.

Local! Tasty! Good Food!

We had crab ragoon, Samari and Hot Lips, Orange Chicken plus kids Fried Rice and Shrimp Udon. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious!! Our waitress did a great job of keeping our drinks filled and serving us. We also tried the fried oreos and green tea ice cream. We can't wait to go again and try out more dishes!

Update: still our favorite restaurant. We've never been disappointed in food or service.
