Schlotzsky's

I am not someone who writes reviews a lot, but I just wanted to write this because of a few things I noticed. The employees at this location are great and they’re often running around multi-tasking because they’re short staffed. The employees are not the problem at all, I just want the owner/manager to know that your customers notice when you’re mistreating your workers. There was a huge sign next to the AC unit that said “Do Not Touch the AC” and it was 79/80 degrees in the restaurant. When I worked in kitchens, it was even hotter in there than it was the lobby, so I know those poor employees are burning up. Treat your employees better and shell out a few extra bucks for more AC.

Nice little location. I've visited the other one and sadly found the sandwiches better there than here. I waited about 15 min which isn't a biggie but the bread wasn't crunchy...more so chewy and rubbery. ;;(.
Hmmmmmm..... good customer service but a boo on the bread.

Came through around 3p and worried it’d be dead with cold food but it was hot, tasty, and perfect! The drink machine was pretty limited with many drink options unavailable but they had Cherry Dr Pepper so I wasn’t too pressed about that. Didn’t snap a pic until the last 1/4 of my French Dip Calzone, but it was too good to stop and get a pic before then 😂 Highly recommend!

I came in on December 21st around 11AM I think. My blood sugar was really low when I came in to get food in a hurry and they asked me if I needed a cookie until my food was made. I ended up just sipping pop. I decided to eat inside and go back home instead of driving to OKC. Pleasant atmosphere- not too noisy. Good food and friendly workers. It seemed hard to get in and out of. I had to go all the way to the light near Taco Bell to get back out safely.

Very clean location. The young lady working the front was super nice. I ordered the pepperoni double cheese pizza. It was pretty good.
A+ Rating for me. Even if they forgot my jalapeno on the pizza.

I came in on a Friday right after work. There's no tired like an end of the school year teacher-tired.. so I was pretty dead on my feet. The man at the counter was on the phone but being understaffed I could tell he was stressed that he could not get to me right away .

I motioned my assurance that he could take his time...... He smiled, but continued to hurry.. in the meantime a girl making food assured me with a smile that SHE would be right with me....

When the man was able to take my order, not only was he polite and apologetic, but when he found out I was a teacher, he comped my drink with a smile.

The avocado Cobb salad is HUGE and SO good... The garlic bread it comes with is worthy of a fancier restaurant... .. The restaurant is clean and smells it..

I found out the man's name is Manuel and he is one of the managers. I appreciate Manuel and his obvious desire to provide customers with good food, great service, and a clean and welcome store!!

Lunch is usually busy but that’s absolutely normal… Other than that, the food is great!

I've eaten here several times over the past few months. It is difficult to beat Schlotzsky's sourdough bread sandwiches or pizza. I'm surprised they haven't started making larger pizzas and gone into the the pizza take-out/delivery route. Their stuff is so good. The staff has always been friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this location and will visit there again.

This was my first time eating at a Schlotzsky’s. Food was great and the staff was super nice!

Only busy during lunch hours… but thats normal!! Otherwise, pretty great!

This particular Schlotzsky’s location is the best I’ve ever eaten at anywhere! The sour dough bread is ALWAYS fresh, as are the deli meats. In addition, the service is always outstanding and Raj bends over backwards to make sure each order is just how I want it and he does it with a smile on his face!!!

Great place for a sandwich.

Was fun to recreate a new york deli vibe out here on Oklahoma (the south? Midwest? What is Oklahoma anyway?)

I got some Italian number with salami and I think the salami was very unique to this chain.

Really good tasting food. Caesar salad was much better than I expected. Didn't get a cinnamon roll this time, but definitely will next time. Nice menu selection and quick service.

Food was fresh and AMAZING! Service was prompt and the staff was very friendly. I will for sure be returning to this location!!

Schlotzsky's is a really good place to get sandwiches. They are really fresh, have a wide variety of options that are delicious. Their chips are really nice too. The best thing is their staff who I've found are pretty helpful and nice. A big recommendation is the Big S Cookie, which is really good. Would definitely recommend this place!

I am so ecstatic that they opened a location so close to my house. The style and vibe they have created is a fun and spunky atmosphere. The service I receive each time is bar none. Everyone has a smile and positive attitude.

Best sandwich that I have had in a very long time!!! We were in Edmund for work and it was lunch time so we stopped in Schlotzsky's.
We got the sandwich that was on sale, Turkey, bacon, avocados, along with the rest of the vegies did add jalapeno.

We live 45 mins away but everytime I have a monthly Dr. appt in Edmond I treat myself to Schlotzsky Austin Eatery! There are 5 Schlotzsky closer to us but we will not go to them. We wait for the quality of this restaurant. Everything is great each time!! It taste fresher and the sandwiches seem to be made with some pride here. Thanks Schlotzsky's!

The sandwiches are amazing, the tomato soup is good, and the price is ideal
