Been here twice and has never disappointed me. Better than Jimmy Johns or Subway, as good as Penn Station (I need to go to a Firehouse one day to make my ranking complete)

this place has the BEST customer service i've experienced, these guys are awesome! and the food rocks!

I made an order on doordash for pick up and send someone to pick it up for me. They couldn't make it and I had to get it myself, 2 hours later, 10 minutes before closing. I was told they got rid of it because it had been out for too long, and made a fresh sub for me. I was really pleased with the service and the food was delicious. Thank you 😊

THE BEST SUBS!!! This location is always great. Great quality and great service! On our last visit, we went in literally 2 minutes until closing. They had very limited bread options. Fortunately, we wanted the bread they had. The manager still gave us 25% off for the inconvenience (even though there was no inconvenience). Fantastic customer service. 👏 thank you, Jersey Mike's Staff, keep up the great work!

Had an issue with my order here and got it fixed. Amazing customer service. Clean store, friendly employees. Jersey mikes is a treat for us since we moved so far away now, and this location always takes it to the next level.

If I could give 20 stars I absolutely would!! I have been coming here for quite some time now and from the service to the people who work everyday making excellent sandwich’s to just the food being amazing! I have yet to get a bad or messed up sandwich from this place! Actually as I write this review they are working overtime just to make me a sandwich! I love this place thanks for being so awesome guys! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Really enjoy the subs. Staff is ALWAYS great. Half the time, they remember my order before I even say anything.

First time! Awesome experience. Great vibe in the place and one of the best subs I have had in a very long time. (Chipotle Philly) Additionally, whoever does hiring is winning big-time. Every single staff member was happy, eager, and super helpful in providing recommendations for a first-timer. 10/10 experience overall. Keep up the outstanding work guys!

There but sandwiches are to die for I will recommend any sub from jersey Mike's subs it's a clean store all of the time and the workers are the best they feel like family if you get to know them and they will ask you "so (you're name) came for the regular?" All around good restaurant

I just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today I got a number 13 Italian. I got to say the sub was really really good. The meat was cut while I was there The meat was extremely fresh The bun was fresh it was put together well there wasn't too much dressing but yet there was enough.
They also carry Ms Vicky's chips which I really love. For anyone who likes subs I would recommend this.

This crew is super! Alec and Kailey really helped me get my order together for a party when I realized that I hadn’t ordered food for my headcount! Alec even carried my order out to my car for me because it was such a large order! They really came through. Very clean facility, incredibly polite and courteous team! You guys and gals are doing it right! Going above and beyond for sure!

My favorite sub shop! They have good email discounts & birthday specials & love the online order option. Their subs aren't skimpy on the fillings & everything tastes fresh. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Solid subs, hooked on #7 on wheat mikes way for about 500 calories. Loyalty points are a nice bonus. Good people working at this location. Always greeted with a hello and a smile. I go there at least once a week for lunch. Always clean and never had a messed up order. Quick service, even when busy. Prices seem fair to me.

Had a great lunch here. I always enjoy treating myself once in a while to JM. The staff here was fantastic, as a customer experience educator for my company, I was quite pleased to see smiling faces, upbeat individuals.

Good job whoever is leading this place, genuine smiles and a good atmosphere are hard to replicate.

Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches out of any sandwich shop around. Fresh sliced meats when you order. Steak and chicken actually cooked on a flattop, and not just microwaved like that nasty Subway place does. It's worth the extra money to get quality ingredients. Don't cheat yourself. Treat yourself.
