The best tasting cheese ever. No extra water so you don't have to drain it overnight before you use it. Added plus is that it's the lowest carb count of any other ricotta I have found. Next best to making my own.

There is nothing like this Ricotta! The texture is so wonderful and the taste is just how you want it to taste. Plus it’s a family business. Thanks to the Maulucci’s for keeping the tradition.

If you're not making your own, you should be buying Sam Maulucci's.
Best ricotta around. As a side note: For those of you reading that as "ra-cot-ah" stop making your Italians friends cringe. It's "ree-coat-ah"
