West Marine

After a very pleasant visit to the Saint Augustine West Marine, we were direct to go to the larger store in Jacksonville, Florida. Next day we headed there in search of needed supplies.

We just left West Marine of Jacksonville, Florida. Beautiful area with so many palms and greenery.

Huge store and lots and lots of just about everything you may need for your boat. There were a few things we will have to order but that is expected anytime one shops anywhere.

We received superb help from Lee who helped us with Starlink in motion antenna. He was very informative and really knew West Marine products like the back of his hand! He even loaded it in the car and offered great advice for restaurants in the area of this West Marine.

We will be back when we have more time to stroll the aisles of this huge store. In the meantime time check out my videos and photos that cruise the surrounding area and inside aisles.

Exceptional Customer Service at West Marine - Thanks to Bill !

Today, I experienced a tire blowout on my trailer and urgently contacted West Marine for a replacement. Fortunately, I connected with Bill, who exemplified outstanding customer service from the start.

Though they did not have the specific tire size I needed, Bill didn't stop there. He meticulously checked other West Marine locations and didn't hesitate to extend his search to other retailers like Home Depot, going significantly above and beyond to assist me.

I am thoroughly impressed by Bill's dedication and resourcefulness. His proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. West Marine is lucky to have such a dedicated individual on their team. Bill is exactly the kind of leader I would want at my own company.

West Marine at St. John Mall is a boater's paradise! The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of marine supplies, equipment, and apparel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, offering helpful advice and great customer service. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a novice boater, this store is a one-stop shop for all your marine needs. A definite must-visit for anyone with a love for the water!

Great place beautiful store. They have just about anything and everything you need from flares to paint. The store is really well organized.

A great big toy store for us who like life on the water. Cool stuff and knowledgeable advice. Bigger than most West Marine stores. If they don't have what you need, they'll help you find it!

Wonderful experience. Employees go above and beyond to assist costumer. I went in with a minor issue and the employees ( Anne, Hamiton and Bill ) patiently helped me and made sure I was satisfied. I would 10 out of 10 recommend shopping here.

What a great experience! Thank you Daniel for your knowledge on Autopilots, Chartplotters and AIS. Haley for assisting with my lengthy and specialized orders and split payment checkouts and the team for loading all my goods into the truck. The whole store was well stocked and everything else was just an order away!

Amazing experience with the family tonight. Autisim friendly event. Everyone was so welcoming they also had a pinata. The store is filled with fantastic outdoor gear as well. Can't wait for next year. Hopefully they do a Christmas event that would be super awesome!

Friendly staff. Good prices if you bring your cell phone with you to check web site for sales. Most of the Best Buy’s were not marked. I would have walked out empty handed if I hadn’t checked web site. At $799 the kayak I wanted was a no sale. But a quick scan of the bar code showed me the $565 clearance price. I took it home.

Good selections.. Visited before Hurricane Ian for some preperations.. Manager Ann was very helpful.

Searched around for quite a while for an Ocean Kayak Malibu, and finally found it there. Great selection and helpful employees!

I’m new to off shore fishing! I went into West Marine feeling very unsure of myself and needed much help! I needed to purchase offshore rods and reels. I also needed tackle and Lures. Bill in the fishing department was able to help with all of it and never once made me feel incompetent. I left the store to go have lunch while the reels were being lined when I returned Luke and Hunter had been given instructions by Bill to guide me to the right tackle. They also did hands on instruction with tying knots! What a great experience! Thanks to all! (Including Sunny)!

Captain Joe was great to be with for two hours. Angel put the Registration numbers on our gunnels as well. You can trust and depend on those two guys!

Largest West Marine store I have ever patronized.

Excellent sales representative Will always friendly. Products are perfect and fairly priced. Large variety to meet all my needs. Picked up a flag and flag stand for my jet ski. Also picked up a water proofed speaker. Really enjoy going to their stores.

Just got my first custom built rod and reel combo from here. It’s definitely the nicest setup I’ve owned yet and can’t wait to use it. I’m leaving a five star review because Vas, the employee helping look at rods and reels, was extremely helpful. I had a great experience looking at various options without ever feeling pressured into anything, and ultimately I found what I was looking for on the first visit. Thank you.

Went in for bottom paint for our new boat. The floor staff were so patient and helpful. I got everything I needed with no trouble at all!

Had a horrible experience with Strike-zone fishing and went looking for a new store. Then I found West Marine and man they were just the best... Their staff was extremely helpful in every aspect from giving my father and I some up-to-date information on the new electronic flares and regulations to just helping look up new boat parts and some new fishing gear.
